Incepted in the year 1984, Ellen Ferrous Castings Private Limited is one of the reputed manufactures and exporters of Ductile Iron, SG Iron & Cast Iron Castings.
Due to our advanced manufacturing unit and efficient workforce we have successfully produced range of industrial standard. Our quality controller stringently checks the entire range on various testing parameters to maintain the industrial standard. We have advanced quality management system that confirms to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
We have industrial experience of over 25 years which helps in the production of our range that includes steering components, motor components, etc. We have employed 250 skilled workers which helps us to garner a position in the domestic market.

Product Portfolio
We are a specialized manufacturer of Ductile Iron, SG Iron & Cast Iron Castings which includes General Engineering - Motor Components, General Engineering - Compressor Components, Steering Components, Fluid Handling - Valves, Fluid Handling - Water Fittings, Gear Housing and Post Tensioning System- Anchorage Material. These are manufactured with quality raw material that is sourced from the most reliable vendors.

Warehouse & Packaging
We have a spacious warehouse to safely store of our C.I and S.G Iron castings such as general engineering steering components, motor components and fluid handling valves. Our warehouse is divided into a number of sections, which helps in accommodating these systematically. Moreover, our warehouse is properly ventilated and has following features:
• Controlled temperature
• Pest free environment
• Material handling equipment
• Fire safety arrangements
Further, we stick to several safe packaging methods to ensure damage free transit of our fluid handling valves and fluid handling water fittings. We use corrugated boxes, cartons and cardboard boxes to pack the gear housings.

We have one of the most contemporary manufacturing facilities in India, which is well equipped with all the latest machineries and equipments. Certified with ISO 9001:2008 standards, our facility has the installed capacity of 500 meter per month, for C.I. and S.G Iron (up to 700/2) castings.
