Body : The body is made of high grade cast iron, normalised to ensure strength and rigidity, consistent with neat and pleasing appearance
Spindle: The spindle is of high grade steel and is mounted on deep grooved ball bearings of ample load capacity. The bearings inserted are of high quality. Ball bearings are greased and sealed adequately against ingress of abrasive dust
Motor: Dynamically balanced rotor and also balanced grinding wheels minimize vibrations and ensure smooth running. Motor windings are specially insulated and impregnated with high grade insulating varnish to withstand humid, moist and tropical climate
Switch: Each Bench Grinder is provided with a Rotary On-Off-Switch, mounted on the base for operating the motor
Lubrication: Before the machines are despatched from the factory, the bearings of the machine are loaded with adequate supply of grease and replenishing is required only on intervals.Recommended use of grease MP3
