This rugged, sensitive electroscope can accept various accessories to change its capacitance. Sensitive aluminium vane is balanced in a vertical position on a metal support which is insulated from its base. The vane is easily observed and projected on a chalk board (light source not included). On which an arbitrary scale has been marked. Height without attachement is about 12’’ . Attachements can be charged using either power supply or electrophorus (not included).

The Electric Whirl or Electric Fly is made of a number of brass wires, with rearward-facing sharp points, joined at a hub.

This is an lightning plate used for electrostatic demonstration. Demonstrates how an electric discharge will follow the path of resistance. Even though it is longer than a direct path. Used to Detect Electrostatic Charge

Available in plain or attached to a light thread about 22 cm long. Coated pith balls and spheres have light conductive coating used in charge transfer experiments.
