This equipment is used for various electrostatic experiments especially where continuous production of high voltage charge is required. These have perspex insulating components rubber belt with polished metal dome and a separate discharging sphere charge collecting crimps made of aluminum mesh attached on wooden base of 350 x 190mm.

Ex - 334 Wimshurst Machines:

The wimshurst machines that we offer are available with electrostatic generator that operates under dry atmospheric conditions and capable of producing sparks up to 50 mm and more. The disc of the wimshurst machines revolve in opposite directions on metal pillars. The charge collectors are carried on a horizontal beam and also come with ten set pick ups that are replicable. Ex-309 Tangent Galvanometer:

The tangent galvanometer we manufacture comprises bake lite ring 170 mm dia with three sets of windings either 2,50,500 turns or 2,5,50 turns as required which are connected to brass terminals. It is between the terminals where the number of turns is marked. This ring is mounted on a pivoted round bake lite base.

Ex - 236 Elson Slide Wire Rheostats:

The elson slide wire rheostats that we offer are wounded closely with highly oxidized Eureka wire on an installed heat resistant pore clam pipe held with the help of two bake lite or aluminum molded nicely painted leg supports.

A laminated phosphor bronze smooth brush is carried by the slider and contracts slides on a brass nickel plated rod. Three brass/4 mm socket terminals are also provided with these slide wire rheostats. One terminal is connected to brass slide rod whereas the other two to the two ends of wound wire through nickel plated brass strip clamps.

Warning: Since these rheostats are open type introspected rheostats, they must not be used on current exceeding 50 Volts Tube dia 4.4 cm.
