Further, we also have an in-house design unit that is enabled with CAD/ CAM Software allowing us to design our packaging machines as per the specifications, provided by our valued clients.

We have the ability to erect transmission lines up to 33KV as an erecting service on turnkey basis. Additionally, we are also involved in the installation of electrical Substation. Our capability allows us to efficiently maintain existing 11KV & 33 KV feeders.

Since our inception over 22 years ago, we are striving to continuously enhance the quality standards of our transformers. To ensure that we market only the defect-less transformers, we conduct various tests on these, as per the quality standards of IS: 1180 and IS: 2026. To conduct the tests, we have quality analysts, who make use efficient equipment and efficient technology.

Various tests conducted on the finalized transformers are as follows:

 

• Measurement of insulation resistance
• Measurement of voltage ratio
• Checking of vector group and polarity
• High voltage test of HV & LV
• Measurement of no load loss / magnetizing current
• Measurement of load loss & impedance voltage
• Measurement of both HV & LV winding resistance
• Temperature rise test of winding & oil of transformers at full load
• Pressure and vaccum testing of transformers for permanent deflection of body
• Dielectric strength of transformer oil

 

In addition to the above mentioned tests, we also conduct additional tests on our furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, and dry type transformers, as per the special request or requirement of our customers.
