Inception: The EMCO Foundation (EF) was registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 with the Asst. Charity Commissioner, Thane on 2nd November 2007, bearing registration No. E-4571 (Thane). We started working with some urban communities in Thane city. After a while, initiated projects in the other parts like Jalgaon, Warora in Maharashtra, Vadodra in Gujrat and Dadra. |
Events ParticipationReward and Scholarship distribution program for SSC students As part of Yashasvi program on 3rd Aug 2010 EF had organized Reward and Scholarship distribution for first top ten SSC scholars from Thane Municipal Schools. And on 27th Sept 2010 it was organized for JMC and Trust run school in Jalgaon. Total 70 students including 30 girl students were given reward and scholarship. Also successful students of EMCO Employee were rewarded on this occasion. Students expressed their views on this program and thanked EF for supporting their after school education through scholarship. Chief Guests at both locations guided students on importance of education in each one’s life to become a successful person.
