Armature Coils:
We develop high quality Armature Coils that can be used for DC motors and generators. We also provide services related to the functioning of these coils. The technical specifications of our Stator Coils are specified below:

• Available in any horsepower range.
• Class F, H & VPI insulation available
• Rewind kits can include equalizers, slot liners, fillers, blocking and wedges.
• DC Coils manufactured for Rolling Mill, Railways, Traction, Dragline and all other applications.

Stator Coils :
We offer high quality Stator Coils that are used for AC motors and generators. We also provide services related to the functioning of these coils. The technical specifications of our Stator Coils are specified below:

• Available with voltage range between 220V to 13800V
• With F, H & VPI class insulation.
• Rewind kits can include winding slot liners, fillers, surge rope, blocking, wedges and lead cables.
• Quick quoting and turnaround time.

DC Motors We offer high performance DC Motors that can be used for different applications like: in radio controlled vehicles, electric cars and fans. These can be operated on variable speed and low voltage in compliance with the customer's requirements. We have developed our DC Motors to work continually so that they give hassle free performance.
Transformers
We engineer high precision Transformers in standard and custom based designs. Our range of Transformers include: Auto Transformers, P/C Small Transformers, Three Phase Transformers, Isolation Transformers and others in different voltage configurations. These Transformers are highly efficient and are competitively priced.

We also supply of all types of spares, rotor shaft, rotor field coils, main field & interpole coils, commutator, rotor damper bars & connection rings. We supply complete winding kits that comply with the customer's needs of specific thermal and electrical category.

Rewinding
We are endowed with a fully equipped workshop, having advanced testing equipment. Our workshop is backed by trained manpower, to efficiently carry out repair/refurbishment of electrical rotating machines (with power ranging up to 10MW) and transformers (with power ranging up to 10MVA).

We carry out the Rewinding Services our in-house laboratory or at the client's site, in compliance with the client's convenience. Currently, we are capable of rewinding more than 1000 stators/armatures per year.

• We are well endowed with Pneumatic Spreaders, Molding Presses, Automatic-Taping Machines, Shaft-extraction Presses, Computerized Dynamic Balancing and general machinery in our unit.
• In-house VPI (Tank dia - 2.5mtr, height- 3.0 mtr.)
• Advanced Testing Laboratory.
• Computer aided up-rating & pole-changing facilities.
• Non-destructive reclamation by Metal Spraying.

Quality
We carry out testing of our coils in accordance IEC/BS/VDE standards. With different types of testing facilities available in our unit that falls within our area of operation, we are able to deliver high quality products and services to our valued customers. The third party inspection can can also be carried out in our unit.

Infrastructure
We have established a renowned place in the industry due to our years of expertise in the field and advanced machinery like: pneumatic spreaders, molding presses, automatic-taping machines, shaft-extraction presses, computerized dynamic balancing and others. We have an in-house testing laboratory, computer aided up-rating, pole-changing facility in our unit.

• Capacitance and loss tangent measurment upto 12kv coils.
• Surge comparison tester upto 10 kv for checking ineter turn insulation
• Micro-ohmnmeter for accurate resistance measurement.
• Motorized megger (upto 5kv and 100 Gigaohms ranges) for measuring IR, Polarization index & absorption coefficient.
• Motor checker, Polarity tester and clamp-meters etc.
• Test bench for checking DC motors / Armatures.
• No-load testing of machines upto rated speeds.
• Vibration meters, Non cantact type Tachmeter & thermometer, etc.

• An experienced team of Electrical Engineers Performs routing and type tests, as per IEC - 34, IS - 325, VDE - 0530 abd B.S - 4999 or as per customer's requirments.
