The solid straight sided structure avoids deformation and is the ideal frame for presswork. Deformation is the main cause of shortening of die life.

The HLX solid frame press eliminates deformation, and will reduce die maintenance costs by about 50% HLX provides stability and precision even in OFF CENTER presswork, leading to high press performance and longer DIE RUNS.

Reduced die regrinds between runs will save substantial costs.

The system comprises of 4 upper die clamps, 4 lower die clamps, 4 die rails, 8 parking stands with proximity switches, QCD 05 hydraulic console which makes them very efficient in performing the functions. It has a PLC for inter locking operations and further supported with a pair of Pre-roller arms.
