This box type furnace and muffle type furnace is highly efficient and very easy to operate. It has a cubical construction and can be used upto 1100 deg C. This furnace can heat treat processes requiring heating upto this temperature. We offer bell type annealing furnace, which is widely used for annealing of steel coils. This versatile furnace is very ideal for black, bright and spherodized annealing of steel and non-ferrous strips, wires and general heat treatment processes upto 1100°C. This furnace can be electrically heated oil fired or gas fired. Used for de-carburising of stampings, this ensures reliable performance. The shell of the furnace is robust constructed and is suitably reinforced with rolled sections.

Gas nitriding furnace are widely used for heat treatment of smaller component and for mass produced components upto temperature of 1050 Deg C, these are offered at industry leading prices. Any desired atmosphere can be maintained in this furnace to undertake heat treatment process as desired by the clients.

This conveyorized furnace is best suited for mass produced items. In these conveyorized furnaces, a conveyor is used that goes inside from one end and comes out from the other end. The components to be heat treat are loaded on that conveyor.

The heat treatment furnaces are used for anealing, Hardening, tempering of stainless steel, high carbon or spring steel in coil form. The sheet is pulled through the furnace by means of a coiler coupled with driving mechanism and the coil is loaded on an uncoiler. Furnaces with inner atmosphere maintained inside can also be designed as per capacity required.

Easy to operate, these gas carburizing furnace is a pit-pot type furnace, which is widely used for hardening / case carburising / carbonitriding of various components made of steel such as auto parts, gears, precision turned components, construction machinery parts and any other component needing hardening. Equipped with automatic temperature control, hydraulic lifting, drip feed of carburising fluid this furnace may be electrically heated, oil fired or gas fired.
