Industrial Filters

We offer high performance filters - MF 410 & MF 430, which provide very high attenuation both in asymmetric & symmetric modes. MF 410 is a single phase double stage filter used for noise suppression in asymmetric mode. MF 430 is a combination of both symmetric & asymmetric mode coils and hence he suppression in both modes. The inputs and output connections in the filters are normally through fasten terminals or screw terminals.

We offer PCB mountable Filters - MF 530, which are compact in size and have good suppression characteristics for mounting on PCB. Available with various mounting pitches and sizes, these filters are available from 0.5A to 10 Amps at 230 VAC.

• Filters for applications in DC voltages are also available in this packaging.
  
• These filters are available with International safety certifications CSA / C-US.

We are manufacturing filters for general purpose applications MF 420 with input and output connections through fasten terminals or screw type terminals. These can also be provided with external surge suppression features.


The features are:

• Compact, low cost filters for all general EMI suppression application in control panels, office equipment and instrumentation.
  
• These filters are available up to a rated current of 100Amps at 230VAC.
• These filters can also be supplied with various safety terminals on request.
• These filters are certified for International safety certifications as per CSA/C-US.
  

We are offering to our clients, Filters for Washing Machine - MF 210, which find applications mainly in washing machines, dish washers, etc. These are available in cylindrical casing & with X1 & X2 type interference type capacitors and are rated up to 16 Amps at 230 VAC.


Features are:

• Cylindrical casings are made in both Aluminum and Flame retardant plastics with clamping facility with bottom stud or top bracket to suit individual customer requirement.
  
• These Filters are available with International safety certifications CSA & C-US.

We are also offering, chamber filters in star & delta Type Connection Filters like MF 423-4-2D-CF & MF 423-3-2D-CF respectively, which have high attenuations up to 100dB from 14KHz to 10GHz. These are idea for applications in military, MRI rooms and Shielded Chambers.

The salient features are:

• These filters are rated for current up to 100 Amps at 440 VAC.
• Higher current filters and line surges protections are available on request.
• These filters are available for both star and delta type connections and with lower leakage current on request.
  
• In the CF category filters are available for single line (MF 420 CF), Dual line (MF 420-2-CF).
• Filters with various mounting arrangements can also be supplied as per customer request.
  

We are offering Book shelf (BS) filters for UPS, SPM, Drives and elevator applications. The models in bookshelf type of filters are MF 423-3-2D-BS & MF 423-3-3D-BS. These are light in weight and can easily be mounted inside the instrumentation cabinet, which is vertical to the back plane.


The features of these are:

• Compact Size and light weight filters.
  
• Book shelf type filters are rated up to 150 Amps at 440 VAC are available with International certifications – CSA/C-US and with safety type input output terminals.
  
• Filters rated for 520 /600 VAC applications are available in both the type of filters.
  

We are offering MF 423-3-3D which is used for noisy equipments like Drives, Inverters, CNC machines & Elevator applications. These are used for delta network equipments. These filters are International safety certified as per CSA/C-US.
 
The features are:

• Filters up to a current rating of 300 Amps at 440 VAC with shock proof input output terminals.
  
• The filters rated above 300A up to 2000A are available with protected bus bar terminations;the model number is MF 423-3-3D-BB. These filters are with good common mode and differential mode attenuations.
  
• Filters rated for DC current are also offered.
• Filters rated for 520 /600 VAC applications.
• Filters having high suppression characteristics with International safety certification CSA/CUS.
