Established in the year 1995, Messrs. Emmbros Forgings Pvt.Ltd. is an ISO/TS16949:2009 certified company, engaged in manufacturing and exporting automotive components all over the globe. Our product range includes automotive components, precision automotive components, industrial automotive components, transmission gears, automotive transmission gears, power transmission gears, pinion gears, steel forgings, automotive steel forgings, alloy steel forgings and tractor spindles. Initially we were suppliers of rough steel forged transmission shafts but now we have become one of the largest integrated plants in the Indian sub-continent with committed manpower working with us. We meet components requirement of vehicles like trucks, tractors, LCV/HCVs and utility vehicles. Our products cater to a wide range of tier-one automotive suppliers & original equipment manufacturers.

Our promoter Mr. Mohinder Mehta has a rich industry experience of 12 years.

We are mainly suppliers to OEM and our OEM suppliers are further exporting our products. Along with our standards range of products, we can also custom design & develop forged components as per drawings/designs or samples provided and also for LCV/HCVs vehicles and Tractors of Indian and foreign make.

We maintain the capacity to produce approximately 500,000 pieces of different kinds of gears/shafts/pinions per annum.

We have been able to develop customized products in accordance to client's requirement with the help of well equipped forging, machining, testing and heat treatment facilities coupled with sophisticated in house tool and die room. Understanding the dynamic requirements of the auto-component industry, our product design unit has advanced CAD/CAM facilities.
