Because of its modular structure and customer specific options, the HS-40i covers a wide range of uses. The standard sealing head can be fitted with up to two thermodes of different sizes (variable in height- and brightness). In combination with our anisotropic adhesives, this system
is highly qualified for the LCD production.

Our special advantage: Our moulded “Form soldering head“ guarantees automatically optimal positioning of the cords on the soldering pads. The soldering head is designed with one or several mouldings, according to the number of cords to be soldered.
