25000 Sq. Ft. equipped with esterification plant fired with thermic
boiler. Various other blending units for various grades of cutting
oils and lubricants. 72 KL of underground storage tanks for ample of
stocking of base oil. Well equipped laboratory for necessary lab
testing of raw material and finished goods.
The base oils used to develop our
range goes through various processes including the
refining process that starts with “fractional distillation”. Other
processes that are followed to develop top class oils include:
- Atmospheric distillation
- Reforming
- Hydrotreating
- Cracking
- Alkylation
In addition to the above
processes,
we use various residue destruction technologies to ensure the high
quality standards and performance of our industrial oils and automotive lubricants.
