Rustproof - DW 916
For in-house storage
 
It is one of the best rust prevention oils which is demanded for its attributes of:
 

• Soft film
• Solvent deposited
• Water-displacing type
• Temporary corrosion preventive

 
It gives a greasy type of film (4-5 micron) that can bear moderate handling. It provides brilliant protection to the components, stored in-house. This oil can be directly applied by dipping wet metal components / machine tools in the rust preventive oil. It displaces water from the metal surface, leaving a greasy film. Spraying method can also be used to apply this oil. The film is easily removable by wiping the surface, detergent solutions, hot / cold solvents or by stripping.
 
 
Rustproof - DW 917
For Export Purpose
 
This handling-resistant oil provides a tacky, oily type of film (7-8 micron) that can withstand harsh conditions. Its main attributes include:
 

• Soft film
• Solvent deposited
• Water-displacing type
• Temporary corrosion preventive

 
It provides outstanding resistance to salt spray and hence can be applied to components that are transported via sea. This rust preventive oil can be applied directly as well as by spraying. In case of direct applications, it is dipped in the wet metal components / machine tools in the rust preventive oil. This displaces water from metal surface & leaves a greasy film. In case of spraying method, the film is easily removed by wiping the surface, detergent solutions, hot or cold solvents or by stripping.
 
 
Rustproof – 274
Inhouse Rust Preventive Oil
 
This general-purpose spindle oil based rust preventive oil has efficacious anti rust and anti oxidant additives. It protects finished as well as semi finished jobs from rusting for a time period of 15-20 days. In this case, the oil film can be applied by dipping the job into the oil bath. The thickness of the film is not more than 2-3 micron. The protective films can be removed with de-oiling and degreasing cleaning solutions.

Emulkut-1240

It is most efficient and effective Degreasing and Deoiling Solution to clean any kind of greasy and oily film on the jobs. The environment friendly additives are very soft on machines and operators but very harsh on any stubborn sticky oily films on the jobs. The cleaning agents are so effective that many times elevated temperatures for its cleaning action is not required. Dipping the jobs in air agitated cleaning booths will suffice. The cleaning agents penetrate deep to drive off any dirt; chips or oily material in the holes drilled or tapped and from the surface to give a clean job, which passes Millipore test.

Greenlake-55

Greenlake-55 is finest water-soluble purely synthetic grinding oil. It is transparent, fluorescent green coloured solution. It mixes quickly with water, hard or soft, in any proportion. It does not contain any oily sticking material. The excellent detergency keeps grinding wheel clean for free cutting. The low surface tension wets and helps in setting the heavier chips and floating of the light chips. This avoids emery particles to stick on grinding wheel. Occasional dressing of wheel is reduced. No pitmarks and chatter marks on ground surface. Results in marvelous ground finish. It has highest cooling performance. Tool as well as machine remains clean all the time. It gives excellent lubrication and cooling. Enhanced tool life. Being purely synthetic in nature, longer life of bath. No offensive odour of used bath, due to powerful biocides in the oil. No irritation to skin or eyes of the worker. No action on paint and oil seals. Job can be clearly observed with greater accuracy, while in operation complete protection against rusting. It is useful for hacksaw cutting of very hard material, as well as polymer cutting. Not useful for center lathes and for Aluminium, copper and Brass.

LAVISA SUPER-90
Lavisa Super-90 is one of our premium products, which meets all needs and expectations of modern machining.  This semi-synthetic oil has very goods flushing and cooling properties, which renders suitable for operations like Grinding, Drilling, Milling, Turning and Tapping on CNC and lathes.  It gives best visibility of the operation due to its translucent emulsion.  Due to good flushing properties the chip carry is fantastic, giving mirror finish.  Loaded with unique extreme pressure additives and fungicides makes it all-purpose coolant with longer bath life and no bad smell even when bath is unused for 4-5 days.

EMULKUT-1101

Where the metal is brittle, lubrication is of minor importance. The metal is removed in the form of chips. In such cases water soluble general purpose neat cutting oils will be advantageous. For tough metals, however material is removed in the form of special shavings. It is therefore necessary that efficient lubrication be maintained to avoid heavy grinding of shavings and chips on cutting edge, which may otherwise damage cutting tool and metallic surface and so Metalfin streams in!

USE FUL VARIETIES OF METALIFNS

METALFIN-20

Metalfin-20 is excellent varieties for deep hole drilling, boring, gear grinding and trepanning. It is low viscous and high viscosity base oil with heavier dose of extreme pressure additives. Due to reduced surface tension rapid flushing, for swarf removal under high velocity and high cutting speed. It’s free from sludge formation. It enhance filter and tool life. It imparts excellent finish. It has excellent results in deep hole boring, gun drilling and trepanning operation.

METLAFIN-40

Specially designed to avoid varieties and oils for different operations and for all metals, ferrous and non-ferrous. Metalfin-40 is enriched with excellent extreme pressure additives derived from Sulphurised fats and effective surface tension depressants, which ensure direct contact of oil with the cutting edge. Effectively designed and formulated extreme pressure additives provide oil film of high strength, which withstands the heavy load of boundary lubrications. A less staining neat oil with adequate EP additives to serve all the neat type cutting oil operations such as gun drilling, gear hobbing, gear grinding on automats, CNC tapping broaching etc. However it’s not suitable for honing operations.

METALFIN-62

Non-staining oil for ferrous and non-ferrous Automats. Non-staining type cutting oils with adequate EP additives and lubrication. It provides good visibility while operation. It’s suitable for multipurpose tooling on automats, turret lathes and capstan and CNC machines. It’s useful for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

METALFIN-70

Loaded with Excellent lubrication & high EP. A Staining type cutting oil having very high extreme pressure additives and better lubrications. As it contains free active sulphure it is not useful for non-ferrous. It is excellent for stringent machining operations like broaching, gear hobbing, thread rolling, tapping of ferrous & alloy steels. It confirms to IS 3065 – 1970 neat type 3.

METALFIN-LV

Metalfin-LV is a low viscosity oil powered with heavy doses of EP additives and flushing agents for super finishing, deep hole drilling, gear grinding, Valve seat grinding and trepanning operations. It also suitable for certain Honing operation and provides excellent GRINDING fluid when water-soluble coolants are not wanted. Non-staining oil having extreme pressure additives gear machining all non-ferrous except Titanium. Confirm to IS 3065, 1970 pertaining to cutting oil neat type 1 grade 2.

Our efficient and high performance honing oils are blended in highly refined, low aromatics & low viscosity base oils. Various additives that are used in these oils possess good anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. Presence of a surface tension reducing agent assists the oil in easily reaching the point of operation which allows other additives to work optimally.
 
The honing stick life is increased substantially by the low lubrication high strength thin film. Its non-sticking features avoid chip-to-chip adhesion which in turn enhances the surface finish. We offer our range of honing oils under the name of HONIKUT, in following types:
 

Honikut – 60	Sulphurized, chlorine free, honing oil highly effective on aluminum, bronze magnesium, steel and cast iron.
Honikut – 70	Sulphur and chlorine free, environment and operator friendly honing oil. Very effective on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Honikut – 100	This is a sunnen type of sulphurized, high viscosity honing oil which contains high percentage of extreme pressure and flushing agents which enables it to withstand heavy operations and high feed rates with faster stock removal. It can be used on toughened cast iron with molybdenum and nickel very effectively. It can also be used for grinding and sharpening.
Honikut-100NS	Its new sulphur and chlorine free Extreme pressure additives have proven their superior quality by providing the ease to machine even the toughest material available with minimum wheel dressing, especially for seat grinding operations of engine valves.

Hygems are superior Hydraulic and circulating oils derived from highly selective refined mineral oils. They have natural high viscosity index to work smoothly at elevated temperatures.

Hygems imparts excellent anti wear, anti oxidant and anti foaming properties. Hygems are very hydrolytically, chemically and thermally stable. They provide outstanding lubrication to wide range of equipments. Hygems contains additives, which are biodegradable. The excellent demulsifying property helps quick water-oil separation. Hygems gives satisfactorily long life service, reduce cost and down time. Most important is their excellent compatibility with nearly all type of rubber seals.

One of our most popular lubricants / oils, antistatic coning oils are blended in highly purified base oils in combination with effective static charged neutralizing agents. This provides uninterrupted production due to yarn breakages. We offer these oils in different viscosities for inconsistent yarn deniers. Some of the characteristics of our efficient and high performance antistatic coning oils are as follows:

Amongst our monopoly lubricants / oils, sulphurized neat tapping oils are highly efficient and offer unmatched performance. Entitled as “The Magic Oil”, these are developed by using extreme pressure additives. This helps in ensuring the prevention of:
 

• Welding of chips
• Seizing of tap
• Heating of reamer

 
Effective surface tension depressants are also used that assists the oil in reaching the core of tapping and hence providing brilliant cooling and boundary lubrication via easy / fast penetration. The end result is an astounding mirror finish. Some of the highlights of the tapping oil are:
