We develop a range of electronic tacho generators that have the generation capacity of 0-10V DC analog signal (factory set) proportional to the rpm of the tacho-generator shaft. Our products have an 10V output that can be given at the maximum specified rpm ranging between 5 rpm to 6000 rpm. Our generators also provide a current signal of 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA instead of voltage output. We offer our products with the O/P Pulses up to 1024 PPR (Optional). The mounting ranges with the servo/face mounting by 3 screws of M-4, 120 degree apart on a PCD of 42mm diameter. These generators come with a body of 58 mm diameter, depth of 67mm (excluding shaft & cable gland). The technical details are given below:

We have for our clients a range of digital readouts that are high performing and long lasting. We offer our products with the following features : to enhance the DRO, pulse multiplication technique has been used i.e. input module counts the leading and trailing edges of the pulse trains from ch-A and ch-B of the encoder. Hence the CRO counts (PPRx4) per revolution of the encoder. Our products come with a preset value that can be specified and reading will start from the preset value. The scale factor can be set within the range from 0.00001 to 9.99999.

We fabricate a wide array of resolvers that are high performing and long lasting in nature. Our products yield better performance than the other similar products in the market and give 4-20 mA/0-20 mA output signal corresponding to the angular position of the resolver shaft. Our products are used in the precise positioning of the dancer arm used in industries like textile and cable.
