Efficient Furnaces

Catering to the needs of various industries, we provide our patrons with an extensive range of Fuel Efficient Furnaces. We manufacture Pusher Type Billet Reheating Furnaces that are available up to 50 tonnes/hour capacity. Our furnaces are suitable to be used in steel rolling mills. These furnaces are available in either oil fired or gas fired models and provide continuous availability of stock at the rated capacity.

 

The salient features are:

 

• Low fuel consumption of 0.3 x 106 K.cal/tonne
• Burning losses are minimum ( less than 1% )
• Capable of heating billets/ingots up to 200 mm sq. for top firing and up to 300 mm sq. for top and bottom firing furnaces

Our Rotary Furnaces are specifically manufactured for all kinds of industrial applications. These rotary furnaces are applicable for cast iron & aluminum melting and heat treatment of grinding media balls. Furthermore, our furnaces are fitted with fitted with Encon recuperator for waste heat recovery and provide more number of batches per shift.

We offer to our clients an innovative range of Hearth Furnaces that are fitted with recuperator for efficient waste heat recovery. Available in rigid construction, these bogie hearth furnaces have long refractory life and capable of operating in uniform temperature conditions. Furthermore, the temperature uniformity is guaranteed over the full volume of the furnace within the range of ± 10°c.

 

Our range is used for the following applications:

Our Pusher Type Forging Furnaces are ideal to be used for all kinds of Heat treatment applications. We have been successful in manufacturing these furnaces up to 3 tonnes/hour capacity. Furthermore, our furnaces are in forge shops for annealing, hardening, normalizing, tempering and other industrial applications.

These pollution free Aluminum Melting, Holding & Melting Cum Holding Furnaces can be installed in less space and operate automatically. We provide our clients with various holding furnaces like reverberatory, pusher type and hydraulic tilting type in different capacities up to 50 tonnes/batch. Furthermore, our smaller capacity furnaces can be availed in rotary type, skelner type and crucible type (tilting/bale out) for pressure die cast units.

Our clients can avail from us Industrial Chimneys that are inside lined with self supporting standard bottom cone. Having sufficient thickness, these are manufactured using high quality mild steel with ladder flat form, sampling port, lightning arrester, safety ring, earthling, erecting and heat weather resist painting.
