We offer a wide range of Overhead Travelling Cranes that includes variants of Single Girder, Double Girder, Electric Operated and Hand Operated types. These are designed and manufactured in compliance to IS 807 & IS 3177 for different applications. The respective Hoist / Crab machinery is designed in compliance to IS 3938. Bridge Girders are plate welded box type and designed to sustain all stresses arising due to vertical and lateral forces with impact. Its end carriages are fabricated from rolled steel section with suitable diaphragms & stiffeners to give strong construction.
 
The crane duty electric motors are as per IS 325 for suitability in frequent starting, reversing and braking. Its motor is foot / flange mounted TEFC / TESC, Sq. cage / Slip ring induction type for hoisting, C.T. and L.T. motion. The safety limit switches for stoppers are provided to prevent over hoisting and traveling. End Stoppers are provided on either side of the bridge to limit the cross travel motion of the hoist / crab. M.S. chequered plate / anti skid plate platform is provided for full length on one side of the bridge girder. The Control Panel consists of contactors, overload relay, fuses, transformers etc. The crane is suitable to operate on power supply of 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, A.C. The crane is controlled from suspended pendent push button station / remote control.
 

Our range of electric wire rope hoist is manufactured in compliance to IS 3938 to suit Class II, III & IV application. It comprises of components like Rope Drum, Motor, Brake, Gear Box, Wire Rope, Control Panel and other. These components are easily accessible for maintenance. The frame is fabricated from steel plates and is of welded/bolted type. The Rope Drum is made of sturdy seamless pipe. The large drum diameter to rope diameter ratio reduces wear and cable fatigue. The drum shaft revolves in ball bearings that ensures smooth running.
 
The rope hoist is equipped with Rope Guide to prevent over lapping of the rope on the drum and to extend rope life. Provided in 6 x 37 construction, special plough hemp core flexible steel wire rope conform to IS 2266. It complies with safety factor of 6 for class II and 7 for class III duty application. We also provide galvanised and steel core wire rope for special application. The hoist duty Electric Motors are totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type as per IS 325 with high starting torque and suitable for frequent starts / stops. Its control panel comprises of reversing type air brake contactors, transformers and fuses. It also containes the pendant push button station at adequate height duly suspended by steel chain or wire rope, operating at 24/110 volts. Our every Hoist unit is tested at 125% of the rated load capacity before dispatch. We customize our rope hoist units for optional features like Higher lifts, Flame Proof, Variable speed control / Micro speed arrangement, Radio remote control, Flexible trolley, Push pull trolley as per the required applications at clients’ premises.

These are offered in fully floating unit on bearings with swivel facility of 90, 180, 270 & 360 degrees. These cranes are available in lifting capacities ranging from 250 kgs to 7500 kgs and arm radius from 1 mtr. to 5 mtrs. as per the required application. these are designed conforming to is 807 & is 3177. Its arms are fabricated from heavy section i-beam or of triangular truss construction to keep the deflection in acceptable limits. The self aligned type double roller bearings with thrust & roller bearings are capables of handling horizontal, vertical and radial thrust loads. The arm is suitable to accommodate trolley with chain pulley block for manual travel and lifting operations.

Our company offers Chain Pulley block that are designed and manufactured as per is 3832. The load chain wheels used in these products are of s.g. iron / malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running and mounted on two ball bearings. The steel forged hooks are as per is 8610 and fitted in upper arm. Its bottom block is made of heavy duty s.g. iron / malleable casting. The gears are made from alloy steel material. These are precise machined, gear hobbed and case hardened duly annealed. The component hand chain wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per is- 210. The load chain is of grade 80 confirming is 6216 alloy steel material uniformly electrically welded from alloy steel duly heat treated. It provides suitability for ductility, toughness & wear resistance and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels.

The goods lift and cage lift provided by us are designed and fabricated as per international quality norms. These are customized to suit clients’ specific requirement using superior quality raw material. our products in this range are offered in capacities ranging from 0.5 tons to 7.5 tons with normally cage size of 3 mtrs. x 3 mtrs. x 3 mtrs. The cage is provided with or without collapsible gate with required lift and upto ground + 10 floor. these are guided in steel guide member (t-section) with hoisting and lowering operations performed by our electric wire rope hoist.
