Incepted in the year 1989, we have established ourselves as a highly recognized and reliable manufacturer and exporter of steam boilers, industrial boilers and heating equipment, steam boilers, industrial chimney, fluid heater and other industrial heating equipment. We have achieved a prominent position in this field, which has been the result of rigorous hard work of our team members.
We abide by strict quality measures in the regular and consistent supply of industrial process equipment such as IBR steam boiler and Hot water boiler in EBPL" Series
Thermic Fluid Heater in EPT Series and Waste Heat Boiler in EPWH" Series apart from pressure vessel, heat exchangers, economizers and more. We have set our records of success that has reaffirmed our faith in quality installations and excellent customer service.

Quality Assurance
Our systematic quality assurance system has enabled us to register ourselves with ISO 9001 IBR, DGQA and NSIC. We check that the quality of our equipment is maintained throughout our production process right from the procurement of raw material to the actual delivery of the finished products. Some of our quality parameters are:
- Heat temperature uniformity
- Performance
- Corrosion resistance
- Noise level
- Suspension rate of fluid
We have facilities for both destructive & non destructive testing that is required for proper boiler inspection by I.B.R. The arrangement for stress relieving is done near our factory to facilitate necessary heat treatment as per I.B.R. We have a team of quality control assurance engineers who continually try to improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System by relevant findings from Management Review Committee meetings. We also have associations with some of the recognized organizations, which help us to get our equipment tested as on the client’s request. Some of the third party inspection agencies are:

Our Mentors
Our company, “ENERGYPACK BOILER PVT. LTD” engaged in manufacture and export of a wide range of steam boilers, is the result of various successful partnerships. Initiated by Late Shri R.R Shah in 1941, we started by manufacturing heavy castings. Further partnerships resulted in the foundation of Energypack, under the able guidance & association of Shri E.V. Taraporewala Chief Inspector of Maharashtra (retired).
Mr. Yogesh R. Shah, the existing Chairman of the company, is a Graduate in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Somaya Polytechnic, Ghatkopar. Having gained vast expertise in the fabrication of steam boilers & piping, he started his own workshop for fabrication & repair of IBR boiler.
Mr. Uday B. Shah, the Director of Energy Pack, being Mechanical Engineering and post Graduate in Marketing management, having 20 years of experience in boiler selling has helped in the further running of the company.
