We design and supply Industrial Solar Water Heating Systems integrated with existing hot water system as renewable Energy conservation solution. Solar water heating system supplies hot water up to 80 deg. It helps to minimize usage of conventional energy sources to heat water. There is no running cost, as solar energy is available free.
Reference Case: 32000 LPD Solar System - Installed at L’Oreal, Chakan, Pune, India. It has 320 nos. of Solar Flat Plate Collectors (640 sq. m.) installed on three roofs, four buffer tanks (1000 & 2000L) and one 32,000L main tank to store the hot water. Complete solar system operation is automated with temp, flow and storage control of water through the system. It is integrated with their existing boiler.
This enabled the client to save 170L of LDO per day .
