With the assistance of our technical team, we are offering a wide range of Hybrid Systems (Microwave & Thermal) for Batch Processing. These systems are provided with the provision for microwave power output from 180 W to 6000 W with one, two or three microwave sources. Further, the system also has 4 KW of resistance heating (optional) with a thyristorised (SCR) temperature controller integrated in it. Our range of control system is basically developed for numerous industry applications. These are widely used on applications, which requires multiple microwave sources combined with other heating systems such as resistance heating Infrared (IR) and Ultraviolet (UV) heating. Our organization is involved in offering a wide range of Microwave Power Control Systems for Conveyor Type Rubber Vulcanization Ovens. These ovens have the combination of thermal and microwave heating, which is further fitted with multiple low power microwave sources. We can offer complete control system that includes power controllers for multiple microwave sources in one single control panel. With our technical expertise, we ensure that the high voltage components are enclosed in an air-cooled metal cabinet for ensuring safety. Besides, the main control panel is fitted with digital meters, which helps to display individual and total microwave power generated from throughout the unit.

The comprehensive range of Microwave Power Supplies offered by us is manufactured in tandem with the set industry standards. These PLC based high performing supplies and generators are useful for various applications as the microwave heads are either air or water-cooled. Further, these are offered for both standard permanent magnet & electro-magnet type magnetron with output power from 0.8 – 6 kW & higher. Our systems are basically used for controlling the magnetron to generate a variable microwave power as per the given settings. We have equipped our range with several safety interlocks in order to prevent any hazards both to operator and to the equipment at the time of operation. We manufacture and export an extensive range of Magnetron and Spares, which includes permanent magnet type magnetron and electromagnet type magnetron. Well known organizations all over the world use these spares in manufacturing their quality products. We offer our range of magnetron in various power capacities ranging from 0. 3 kw to 75 kw. Further, these are also available in air cooled or water cooled with various mounting provisions as per the client’s requirements.
