Consultancy For Microwave Systems

With the assistance of our technical team, EMS is involved in providing excellent Consultancy Services for Microwave Heating Systems. These services are widely acknowledged for our valuable application based knowledge Microwave Heating Systems. We work closely with the customers to meet their specific needs and offer them solutions accordingly. With our R& D activities, we have observed that most industries perceive that good microwave heating systems are very expensive to afford and sophisticated to be used by semi-skilled laborers. However, with the arrival of new power control concepts and economical power semiconductor devices, we have been able to develop high performance microwave heating systems at relatively affordable prices. On-site Inspection Program: We evaluate the system efficiency under this program, with the help of our team of experts. They visit the factory premises along with the special measuring instruments and a maintenance kit, and carries out a number of measurements both electrical & physical. In order to measure the microwave power delivered by the system several tests are carried out on the system. After this, the efficiency of the system is evaluated and then an inspection report is prepared. The report includes several valuable suggestions, which are the recommendations of our expert team. We provide these services to the industries and research organizations irrespective of the type of microwave system used by them.

In-house Training Program: These programs are conducted for the maintenance of various components. Our training programs are for engineers & managers to help them update the knowledge related to Microwave Heating Systems and Power Supplies. With our expertise, we conduct both theoretical and practical sessions to make them comfortable with the different components and their usage. We can train the staff on aspects of both maintenance and troubleshooting of the power supplies, microwave leakage measurement. Further, we also offer a microwave maintenance kit to our clients, which is a part of this program.

PCB Design Services

PCB Layout design process generally starts with Circuit Schematics that have been captured using a Schematic Capture package like ORCAD. Such a package will provide the requisite Schematics and Net-List files.

In case you have not entered your circuit diagram into a popular schematic capture software, but have it available hand-drawn on paper or as graphic file, then the Layout designers will capture the schematics on a Schematics capture package.

And in case if you do not have a complete schematic but only possess the concept our experts shall help you arrive at the final schematic.

There are several Signal Integrity related issues in Layout Design. Some critical portions of the circuit may need special layout design considerations. Certain signals may need to have strict length constraints due to controlled timing delay requirements. Some signal lines may need to have well defined Characteristic Impedance and/or constraints on parasitic capacitance or inductance. Some signals or circuit portions may need to be specially routed so as to minimize the electromagnetic radiation susceptibility, interference and noise.

It is therefore important to make the layout designer aware of all such issues, to ensure that the critical signals are given special treatment and all the circuitry functions as per desired specifications.
