Complete Green Field Cement Plant

ENEXCO has been serving the international cement industry since last over two decades and have been supplying all upstream and downstream equipment for the entire cement plant except the Pyro Process Section consisting of Preheater, Kiln and Cooler.

Now ENEXCO has geared up to design engineer, manufacture and supply complete Greenfield Cement Plants upto 1.0 MTPA for which ENEXCO has developed in-house technology for Preheater, Kiln and Cooler for plants upto 1500 tpd.

For the plants above 1500 tpd upto 3300 tpd ENEXCO has entered in technical collaboration with leading European Design Houses / Manufacturers to offer global & most advanced Technologies to the cement industry. Accordingly we have following collaboration:-

Pendulum Suspended Grate Cooler

Cooler distribution system provides adjustable multi compartmentalisation and low power consumption.
Smart blade grate system provides horizontal aeration for efficient cooling.
Expandable side seal of hard faced material for constant lateral gap at all temperatures.
Roller crusher electrical gear drive and adjustable break gaps.
Hydraulic drive with speed controlled cylinders for low maintenance.
Huge Kiln hood for low gas velocities.

Pyro Process ( Rotary Kiln)

High efficiency & low fuel consumption Rotary Kiln.
Bearing of Kiln Shell on three cast riding rings running on 6 Rollers.
Pair of thrust rollers with bearing and foundation frame to limit longitudinal movement of Kiln Shell.
High performance multi channel burner with Low NOx emission, constant flame and smooth & safe operation

Pyro Process (Preheater)

Preheater High Efficiency Aeroclone at 1st & 2nd stage to have minimum pressure drop
Specially designed gas ducts to ensure maximum heat transfer between material and hot gases
Specific Heat consumption as low as 700-730 Kcal/Ton of clinker
Preheater dust losses <5%
Inline and separate line Pre Calciner ensuring lower specific heat requirement and uniform calcination
