Enexco has an exclusive tie-up with M/s Cataneo Italy to supply world class big bag filling machines. These machines are suitable for filling reusable 2 or 4 loop big bags of capacity ranging from 500 to 2000 Kg for free flowing materials like cement, carbon black etc. The machine can be supplied with motorized roller conveyors to transfer the filled bags on to any connecting conveyor or platform or even the bags can be loaded directly onto trucks with the help of forklift (or) monorail hoist.

Bulk loading terminals are becoming very popular in all over the world and Enexco has successfully commissioned India’s first cement bulk terminals in the state of Karnataka, India. Enexco has supplied a number of bulk loading spouts for loading closed body trucks/wagons in India and abroad, after importing the core equipment from M/s DCL Inc (USA).

The Enexco bulk loading spouts are with integral dust collections systems and an automatic loading spout positioners which ensures the proper placement of the spout on the filling mouth of truck/wagons. Enexco’s bulk loading spouts for open as well as close body truck/wagons loading applications are functioning in India and abroad without any problem since many years.

Enexco has introduced truck loading machines, the first time in India. Loading of bagged cement into trucks had been a tedious job before the introduction of truck loading machines. The truck loading machines are either floor or roof mounted, fulfilling the requirement of loading all types and sizes of trucks and trailers. The three dimensional adjustable truck loading machine with slewing and luffing movement enable the operator to easily load the trucks.

Enexco's truck loading machines are available in three basic models:

• Model ENTL 1000, a floor mounted model, which moves on rails and is the most suitable model for long trailor's loading.
• Model ENTL2000 is a roof mounted truck loading machine, which performs the most automatic operation of loading, as the truck/trailors have to move only in one direction for loading.
• Model ENTL 3000 is a specially designed model which is a combination of both the models described above.

Enexco Wagon Loading Machines are available in two models to suit the loading requirement of all types of closed body wagons. These machines are suitable for BCN, BCH, BCX & NL wagons.

• Model ENWL 500, a rail mounted Wagon Loading Machine with three dimensional movements and telescopic loading conveyor has luffing as well as slewing arrangement. The Wagon Loading Machine is most suited for loading both sides of platforms.
• Model ENWL 4000, is also a rail mounted Wagon Loading Machine which is the economical version of Wagon Loading suitable for single side loading of platforms.
