Mohd Saleem Khan is the founder of the company. A mechanical engineer by profession he master minded the company how to designs machines in modern style and updated needs his aim is to improve products day after day.
We have been introduced in number of companies like National and Multinational Organization now we look forwards to Globalize our name. We are already exporting our packing machine to Fareast, Middle East and South Asian countries. The Company spends a huge sum of the amount in research and development and introducing new advanced technology. Expenditures included basic research with emphasis on relevant new technologies as well as applied research to develop new machines related with user defined Technology. |

Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy At MS Engineering we follow stringent Quality Assurance norms with TQM Awareness all around to be able to offer world class machines. Our Quality Assurance Dept. is guided by experienced and qualified people and is fully equiped to carry out non destructive and destructive testing procedures on the Raw Material and finished goods which go into the machine erection. Also the special alloys used for the format parts/Machine parts are lab tested and instruments for surface coating measurement are also available which to check the desired strength of the coating imparted to various parts
Our Quality Assurance plan is further supported by the validation procedures (IQ/OQ/PQ) and documentation to ensure trouble free installation, operation and process at rated output. The production of the documentation and the qualification is carried out according to the Precision Gears quality management system. In brief the product Qualification Documentation produced by Precision Gears satisfies two Principal Objectives : -- 1 -- To supply documented evidence of the quality of the product of Precision Gears. -- 2 -- To support the validation activities of the customer for the performance of the machine. Other than our standard validation procedures we are in a position to offer customised validation support to our clients who may desire to have the same.
