DNA administered Process Development at Ashtel Laboratories Ltd. , Super Fine , and Ken par .They contributed to CIPLA , GLAXO while networking within the team of technocrats .
DNA has an inhouse knowledge base of the sciences of Chemical Engineering ,Systems Management, and Industrial Pharmacy. |
Quality Policy / ProcessesThough we are small in our organisational set up our urge for top quality is limitlessly big and we believe “Quality is never an accident, but the result of continuous intelligent efforts” and we strive for it.
We have a quality control department working directly under the partners. The Q.C. Engineers carry out inspection of each item from incoming materials to the end products and keep the full record of each activity. We also maintain records on WPS,PQR,WPQ by filling up the relevant records duly signed by the testing authorities/agents.We maintain detailed data book on pressure vessels, with details on materials, NDT/DT, welding operation, and various stage of inspection activities etc.All the inspection activities are recorded on inspection reports and other relevant formats
