Salient Features:

• It is equipped with Steel Plate fabricated frames which are duly stress relieved.
• The machine is fitted with DELEM DAC350 controls and has variable rake angle controlled by CNC controller.
• It has automatic adjustment of cutting length and its four edged shearing blades ensure longer working life.
• The blade clearance is adjusted automatically.
• Most of the components are imported from Germany.

Salient Features:

• It has varying working lengths from 2500mm to 14000mm.
• Duly stress relieved steel plate fabricated frames.
• It has ram cylinders controlled by electro-hydraulic servo valves and is also fitted with Delem DA65W standard 66W which is optional.
• It also has 3+1 Axes standard controls and 8+ 1axes which is optional.
• The Hydraulic crowning system is CNC controlled.
• Most of its components are imported from Germany.
• We also provide with option like quick change tooling etc.

Capacity: 30 Tons to 50 Tons

Salient Features:

• In these types of machines the table sizes vary from 1250 x 2500mm upto 1500 x 6000mm.
• Steel Plate fabricated frames are duly stress relieved by tempering.
• The frames have dual frame construction on them with a rigid side frame supporting the main frame.
• The machine has a large punching diameter of 88.9mm, high turret rotation speed of 30 rpm and rapid feed rate of 106 m/min.
• We have provided a step less hydraulic stroke on machines in MP8 series onwards while the MP7 series have mechanical stroke.
• We use certain imported parts for our machines like ball screws and LM guide, Hydraulics from H+L, Germany. Most of our components are imported from Germany and Japan.
• Our machine has turret features Long sleeve structure and thick series Turret Tooling.
• We source our control options from Siemens and Fanuc.
• The machine is equipped with digital AC servo motors for higher acceleration during feeds, and optional 4th axis (rotary tool) to increase productivity.
• The brush table is available with other options as well.

• The main slide of the press is supported by extra long guides.

• Its maintenance is very convenient and has a centralized control system with Inch, semi auto operation.
• Specifications such as Ram working pressure speed, idle speed and full load speed can be adjusted on request.

• It comes with duly stress released Steel Plate fabricated frames with four Pillars.
• The machine comes with a composite wet pneumatic clutch and an option of imported Dry type Friction Clutch.
• It has a Hydraulic Overload Protection Device and steel fabricated slide block.
• It is also fitted with a raising – up style balancing cylinder and an electrical die adjustment with digital display.
• The main slide is supported by eight sided long guides in all four corners.
