ET 220 STR is a paint and powder coating stripper and remover designed to efficiently strip hard-to-remove powder coatings, chemical coatings and electrocoatings from intricate part shapes. It is used in an immersion tank at room temperature eliminating the need for heating. Additionally, waste solids can be filtered out to prolong the useful life of the solution.

Compatibility
ET 220 STR is compatible with most metals and plastics. It safely removes powder coatings from Ferrous, Non Ferrous as well as most plastic substrates.

Fast Acting
ET 220 STR is a fast acting powder coating remover. Stripping times typically range from 10 minutes or less to 20 minutes. Factors which determine the stripping time required are thickness, uniformity and type of powder coating. Ambient temperature also effects the time required to remove the coating, the higher the ambient temperature, the less time required. An ambient temperature of 68°F/20°C is sufficient.

ET 220 STR penetrates several layers of a coating to break the bond between the metal or plastic substrate and the paint. At the same time, the pigment dye may remain suspended in the solution.

Easy to Use
ET 220 STR is designed for use in an immersion tank at room temperature. It does not require any blasting, scrubbing or scraping to facilitate stripping. Once parts are removed from the tank, any remaining residue should be rinsed off with pressurized water.

HYPERSTRIP 40 SP is a brushable paint and powder coating stripper and remover has proven it will effectively remove urethanes, latex, alkyd paints and varnish efficiently from all types of substrates, including steel, aluminum, metal alloys, concrete, and masonry.
