We manufacturer and export following types of well stimulation chemicals like: EN-AGA Acid Gelling Agent EN-AGA is a cationic, high molecular weight poly acrylaminde copolymer acid gelling agent used widely in fracture acidizing treatments. Additionally this can be cross linked with organic cross linker as this can reduce fluid loss to the existing permeability property consequently creating longer, higher conductivity fracture. This requires mixing time of approximately 2-5 hours and depends upon the concentration of the acid used. It is compatible with other additives used and doesn’t decompose at high temperature. We manufacturers and supplies following kinds of cement additives : EN- CA - R1 (Low Temperature Retarder) This is the low temperature retarder EN-CA-R1 used widely for effective application as these do not take excess time for thickening and does not forms viscosity humps (high viscosity after heat up). This is highly recommended for API cements or for that cement that has high salt or gel concentrations and do not react against other cement retarders. EN- CA - FL10 (Fluid Loss Control) Our array of EN-CA-FL10 is a fluid loss control compound which is effective when used for cementing temperatures from 80 to 360 Deg F. This compound is used for deep liner cementing and while pumping long columns of cement slurry on primary casing jobs. This exhibits excellent frictional properties during displacement and avert flash setting of the slurry due to restrained slurry displacement. This also consists of effective defoamer to deduce air entrainment during its assimilation process. EN- CA - EX2L (Sodium Silicate) EN- CA - EX2L Sodium Silicate is a cement extender by reacting with lime or calcium chloride to form a silicate get. We offers following type of polymeric viscosifiers such as : EN- GEL Bentonite - API This is an effective viscosifier and water loss control agent used for fresh water mud and has a yield of this compound is approximately with an API filtration loss of 15 ml maximum at 22.5 ppb. EN-BEN Bentonite - OCMA DFCP-4 EN BEN is a water loss control agent for fresh water mud along with effective viscosifier. The API filtrate can be reduced to 15 ml and below at 26.25 ppb concentration. Pre-hydrated EN BEN also provides viscosity with some filtration control in sea and salt. EN-BEN - EX Bentonite - Extender This is EN-BEN-EX is superior bentonite extender for both low solids and weighted systems. Drilled solids are flocculated with the compound and removed without adversely affecting the Bentonite in mud. It improves the penetration due to fewer colloidal clay particles required to build viscosity. Chemically, designed to withstand the higher temperature up to 300 o F associated with deep drilling. This reduces rapid changes going in mud behaviour. EN-SALT GEL Attapulgite API This is a valuable viscosifier in all make up waters ranging from fresh to salt saturated. The greater the rate of shear of drilling fluid better is the viscosity and yield of the product. EN-QUICK MUD Modified Polysaccharide EN-QUICK MUD Modified Polysaccharide is excellent viscosifier for water base drilling fluids and is mainly applicable in development of quick viscosities for top hole drilling and sweeps. EN-XCD POLYMER T Technical Grade The EN-XCD POLYMER T Technical Grade we offer has flexible viscosity for drilling fluids that remains constant from below freezing to 300º F static bottom hole temperature, in pH range of 3 to 12. additionally this is non toxic and bio degradable. EN-XCD POLYMER P Premium Grad This offer excellent high temperature thioxotropic properties and is highly shear thinning fluids. More than 55% (of a 1 ppb solution in seawater, pH 9) of this compound room temperature suspension viscosity is maintained at 300º F. this offers prolonged suspension and filterate control up to 310º F static conditions for circulating drilling fluids. EN-XCD POLYMER C Clarified Grad EN-XCD POLYMER-C exhibits pseudoplastic rheological properties that is the viscosity of the fluid will decrease with shear and immediately revert back to the original viscosity when shear is uninvolved. Our range of filtrate reducing agents includes following: EN-CMC - LV Carboxy Methyl Cellulose - LV.DFCP -2 EN-CMC(HV) is a highly effective fluid loss control agent that finds application in most of the water base mud systems including systems where sea or salt water is the make up fluid. This performs the function while imparting viscosity and is thermo-stable upto 300 o F. EN-CMC - HV Carboxy Methyl Cellulose - HV.DFCP-7 EN-CMC(LV) is a highly effective fluid loss control agent that finds application in most of the water base mud systems including systems where sea or salt water is the make up fluid. EN-CMS Carboxy Methyl Starch Our array of EN-CMS is a white to creamy color, free flowing powder which is free from lumps and visible extraneous impurities. EN-LIG Modified Lignite Our array of EN-LIG is used widely as a filtration control agent in low to high temperature water base muds. This is highly effective in low and high pH muds especially when used with caustic. Additionally it acts as an emulsifier for oil and is complementary additive for stabilizing the fluid loss and viscosity of lignosulphonate muds. EN-CL Causticised Lignite EN-CL is highly soluble in normal pH muds and is highly stable at elevated temperatures. It also has good tolerance for soluble contamination and is a versatile product. It is used as a deflocculant in fresh water muds and also as an emulsifier in sea water drilling fluid. EN-DEFOAM ALS Defoamer ( Aluminium Stearate
) This is added by sprinkling over the mud pit and can be used as 1.0 to 2.0 ppg suspension in hydrocarbon oil. EN-DEFOAM S Defoamer ( Silicon Base ) This is a powerful defoamer when sprayed on a foamy or gas cut mud. This product can also be trickled into the mud stream and acts as an antifoamer and retards the generation of foam. It is effective in polymer muds. EN-DEFOAM A Defoamer (Alcohol Base) Our EN-DEFOAM A Defoamer (Alcohol Base) is an alcohol based formulation that is highly effective in removing entrained gas or air from all water-base mud system. This is a clear colorless liquid comprising of 98% active content and is insoluble in water. This contains an emulsifier that aids in effectiveness to spread along the aqueous film thereby dividing the bubbles in the foam resulting in bubbles to collapse. It is stable in drilling fluids up to a temperature of 150o F and is non-toxic. The effective odor of the product is due to the hydrocarbon and traces of carbonyl impurities. EN-FOAM Foaming Agent This is a biodegradable, non-toxic, general purpose foaming agent that develops fast and stiff foam even in hard or soft water to salt saturated. This is used widely when excessive water is encountered while air drilling. This also finds application in stiff foaming of oil, salt water and soluble calcium. EN-DD Drilling Detergent Our array of EN-DD Drilling Detergent supports the wetting of drilled solids thereby minimizing surface tension and promoting the settling of solids in the mud pits. The same reaction reduces the balling of shale cuttings resulting in an enhancement in the penetration rate and also acts as n emulsifier; EN-DD lowers torque and drag. EN-MUL Emulsifier EN-MUL Emulsifier emulsifies into drilling muds up to 25% by volume. This is useful when used with diesel, mineral oil or crude oil. This also enhances mud flow properties and enhances oil wetting of drill pipe thereby reducing torque and drag. EN-SUPFEX EN-SURFEX is designed to enhance the flow properties of drilling fluids up to very high bottom hole temperatures. It acts as a good emulsifier of oil in both fresh and salt waters and enhances oil wetting and lubrication, consequently in less torque and drag. Our range of shale stabilizers include : EN-COAT Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide (PHPA) This is partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) which is suitably modified to meet the specification as per their application in drilling fluids. EN-TROL G (Thermoplastic Resin) This is added to water base drilling fluids to help control sloughing shales that enhance hole stability and reduces torque and drag. Our range of lubricants & spotting fluids include : EN-TORKFREE EN-TORKFREE is dark colored liquid used as a lubricant to water base and is used to increase the drilling rate. Additionally, this is used to decrease torque and drag while drilling. With its lubricity it also enhances the penetration rate. EN-UNSTUCK This is a concentrated organic oil soluble surfactant that finds application in preparation of a spotting fluid for freeing differentially stuck pipe. This highly effective solution proves to be highly applicable in freeing stuck pipe. This is mixed with diesel and crude oil and placed at zone of stuck pipe, penetrates the cake between the wall and the pipe and releases the differential pressure lock. It offers a lubrication medium that enables the pipe to be pulled out freely. EN-UNSTRUCK (OB) Our array of EN-UNSTRUCK (OB) is a blend of oxidized blown asphalt/naturally occurring gilsonite, lime, fatty acids and suitable dispersant. This is grey colored powder and it forms stable dispersion in diesel oil. After mixing with barites it reaches a specific gravity and is ready to use as oil base spotting fluid. Our range of corrosion inhibitors includes : EN-CORRINHIBIT Oxygen Scavenger EN-CORRINHIBIT O Oxygen Scavenger is used for prevention and control of oxygen corrosion of drill pipe. This facilitates the control of other corrosion treatments through removal of oxygen. The efficiency of oxygen scavengers are affected by chemicals contained in drilling fluid systems. EN-OS-L Oxygen Scavenger Our array of EN-OS-L Oxygen Scavenger is a high acitivty liquid oxygen scavenger which is used for fresh water or brines for removing dissolved oxygen. The use of this compound will prevent precipitation of iron in water or brine that prevents precipitation of iron in water or brine while storage of brine enables pick-up of traces of oxygen from pumps or storage tanks. Our range of porous zone loss circulation materials include : EN-SHELL Ground Nut Shells/Wal Nut Shells/Coconut Shells This is designed to be used in fractured or porous zones and the shape of each particle is such that a maximum bridging action takes place. The zone can be sealed with minimum loss of materials and time. The product can also be used as lubricant for which each particle is round and hard that is similar to ball bearing in the mud system thereby reducing torque and drag.
