Clarifiers |
| Avail from us a wide variety of Clarifiers. These are typically used for reducing suspended solids load by coagulation and settling method. High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier uses time tested technology and is used in applications, where the inlet solids load is variable and if the solids are fine. Flocs formed in flocculator are settled in Tube or plate (lamella) settlers or in the settling zone of a clarifier. A lamella clarifier is a water treatment process that features a rack of inclined metal plates, which cause flocculated material to precipitate from water that flows across the plates. |
Flash Mixers And Flocculators |
We offer a wide range of Flash Mixers and Flocculators. These are equipped with powerful motors and well designed gear boxes with hardened Gears. They incorporate shafts and stirrers made of stainless steel 304 or 316 as per client’s requirement. Manufactured with appropriate impeller types to prevent drift and for perfect mixture mixing. In Flocculators, Rotation reduction gear can be used to minimize the power loss. Agitation / mixing of chemicals can also be achieved by fine / coarse bubbling against specific needs by polymer fine bubble diffusers and diaphragm pumps. |

Cyclone And Multicyclone Separators |
| Cyclone separation is a method of removing particulates from a an air, gas or liquid liquid stream, without the use of filters through vortex separation. Rotational effects and gravity are used to separate mixtures of solids and fluids. Multi-cyclone separators consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet. This wide range of Cyclone and MultiCyclone Separators are used for wood working machines where the air is filled with solid particulates. Our range is ideal to control the emission level for both coarse and fine dust particles. |

The ventury scrubber, which belongs to the category of wet scrubbers and is widely used in applications like particulate collection and as a pollution control system. Packaged ETP and STP |
| Our company has developed packed Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) & Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) for both aerobic & anaerobic processes. We have employed latest technologies like Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), for bacterial augmentation by use of bio-media (bio carrier). In later stages tertiary treatment is carried out with Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration & Reverse Osmosis techniques. This water can be used for various activities like gardening, floor washing, toilet flush and partially recycle back for cooling water circuits in jacketed vessels or for cooling tower make up.
