Bucket elevators manufactured by us are suitable for lifting
bulk material ranging up to 35 mm screen size and at temperatures of around 200
^oC. They are offered in various grades including food, acid
resistant and antistatic. These bucket elevators are specially designed to be
self supporting and needs lateral support only at 12 to 15 m centers.
We also provide rubber coating to the head pulley for high
capacity elevators.

Coal feeders offered by us are manufactured from qualitative
raw material and are used to feed coal to pulverizing mills in power stations
and other industrial installations. Special attention is given to offer long
lasting range. These enables controlled flow of coal from bunkers and pass it
to Pulverizing Mills or other process plants. Owing to its central design this
feeder conveys the coal gently, cleanly and economically. The strength to
contain internal operating or explosive pressures is provided due to the
cylindrical shell of the feeder. Their ends are sealed with plates fixed with
pressure tight inspection doors. Removable conveying chain and coal are fitted in
the shell that supports the internal frame.
 
They are fabricated for easy maintenance and maximum access

We offer a multiple range of basalt that is manufactured
from high grade raw material as per the market demand. These are highly acknowledged
for their abrasion resistant to moisture, high compressive strength and
resistant to virtually all acids and alkalis and anti-corrosion. The basalts
are manufactured by melting selected natural basalt and are broken into sizes
of 20-50 mm is shaft furnaces at temperature around 1,300 C. These are cast into
desired moulds and the melted basalt forms standardized pherolithic crystals,
hence producing its typical physical properties, in particular its exceptional
hardness and wear resistance.

Deep bucket or pan conveyors are manufactured from deep
drawn quality sheets and are suitable for various cement plants. They are being

Screw Conveyor offered by us are capable of handling a huge
diversity of material that have good flow ability. The conveyor can be provided
with numerous teed inlets and discharge openings, allowing it to receive and
distribute material for storage in plant to different locations. They regulate
the flow of material to the downstream equipment and find application in grain
storage, feed mills, cereal processing and chemical plants. It also enables
heating and cooling of material during transit through jacketing the passage
for circulating fluids through the helix itself. Its volume control can be
adapted and to serve this purpose it is attached to the bottom of bins,
hoppers, bag dumps, storage piles and so on. The enclosed passage can be built
tight so as to contain the toxic dusts or vapors and reduce personnel hazards and
