In the field of instrumentation, quality assurance is a fundamental aspect.
Since 1995, Environnement S.A., France is certified and complies with the rigorous ISO 9001 International Quality Assurance System. Quality is every employee's business and every company's partner concern. Our quality assurance program helps us by defining responsibilities and identifying rules and methods to be used for us to continue to improve. Our quality assurance system conveys our desire for progress and rigorous innovation. This program demonstrates to our customers the commitment and ability of Environnement S.A to meet their present and future demands. Recently audited, the company has obtained the new ISO 9001 certification, version 2000. The quality mangament system described in this revised standard is notably “customer centric” based, and tends to monitor the customer’s degree of satisfaction. Environnement S.A’s ISO 9001 :2000 certificate is delivered by company BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION.
Environnement SA India Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with the procedure of the Parent Company follows the Quality Assurance and Management Policy of ISO and is in the process of getting accredition of ISO 9001:2008 very soon.
