Biological Treatment
Based on various combinations of aerobic and anaerobic treatment modules, Envirospec have designed and supplied Biological Treatment Plants of different capacity range for removing biodegradable organic load (BOD) from the effluent. We have designed Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR), Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film (SAFF) Reactors, Anaerobic Filter in a compact form with high efficiency. We are having with us efficient aeration equipment to ensure appropriate aerobic condition in Oxidation Ditch, Aerated Lagoon or Activated Sludge Plant (ASP). We manufacture both Floating and Fixed type Surface Aerators of wide power rating in the name of Aerota.
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Envirospec have designed compact Sewage treatment Plant (STP) of different capacity for treating domestic wastewater coming from Complex, Hotel, Hospital to Community. The system has been designed in a compact form and it is very much operation friendly. We have also designed system for reusing in any complex.
Swimming Pool Treatment
Envirospec has a complete solution for swimming pool treatment. We manufacture and supply swimming pool filters, Suction sweeper and various other pool products. We also design pool hydraulic to ensure proper re-circulation in a pool.
Rain Water Harvesting
Envirospec has come up with a various conception on rain water harvesting. We have design and offer different systems for rainwater harvesting based on both recharges and reutilization technique. We have already design and developed complete system for rain water collection and managing its quality for human reuses. We have implemented various scientific systems for ground water recharging. All these systems are essential in those arid zones where the rainfall is inadequate and water saving is a bigger challenge.

Industrial Water Filters
Envirospec offers a complete range of water filtration equipments. We manufacture wide capacity ranges of Pressure Filter, Iron Removal Filter, Side Stream Filter, Activated Carbon Filter for removing suspended solids, color, turbidity, volatile gases and many unwanted insoluble matters from water and effluent. We also have Cartridge Filters to produce premium grade quality water. We offered our filters either in fabricated MS vessels or in prefabricated FRP/HDPE vessel according to application. Based on raw water quality, treatment volume and treated water quality we select our filters appropriate for that treatment. We have Iron Removal Filters of various capacity ranges from small domestic applications to high rise building, schools, office etc. Our Filters efficiently convert the soluble irons into insoluble ferric state and arrest effectively. We have customized our filters according to specific customer necessity. We are also manufacturing high rate pressure sand filters designed for swimming pool recirculation treatment which efficiently remove turbidity and ensure clear transparent water in swimming pool. We also offer advanced filtration plant for specific application. |

Water Softener
Item Code: water-softening-plant Envirospec manufactures water softening plant of wide capacity range designed on the principle of ion exchange. Softening system is comprised with pressure vessel packed with cation exchanging resins bed which removes hardness causing Cation i.e. Ca, Mg, Fe in exchange with non-hardness cations i.e. Na. Our softeners are available either in fabricated MS vessels or in FRP/HDPE vessel according to the application demand. We have also customized our softeners according to the treatment flow rate and exchange capacity the clients demand. |

Clarifier System
Envirospec have designed and manufactures compact prefabricated clarifiers of different capacity ranges from 2.5- 35m3/hr which are used for water and waste water treatment application. The system is designed on the basis of proven concept of inclined parallel plate/tube technology for increasing high surface area within a very small volume/space. The systems are constructed with epoxy coated carbon steel filled with a pack of inclined parallel plate or tubes. It has been designed with an optimum settling area in a very small space/volume. The systems have the provision for pretreatment of flash mixing along with tube coagulation arrangement. Envirospec have also designed and offers a Sequential Type Chemical Batch Reactor cum Clarifier System (SCBR) for clarify of wastewater. These systems have designed to treat small volume of effluent. The system is constructed with epoxy coated carbon steel fitted with chemical mixing agitators. The system is designed on the principle of batch treatment of chemical mixing and clarification sequentially in a single unit. Our Sequential Chemical Reactor Separator have capacity ranges from 5 - 25m3/day. |

Surface Aerators
Envirospec have designed and manufacture wide ranges of aerators specially designed for waste water application. Our floating surface aerators are most economic and dependable devices which are widely used in waste water treatment. These aerators are high speed aerators which have excellent aeration efficiency coupled with high capacity agitation. These aerators are simple in construction having axial flow impeller rotating at motor speed. These are mounted on MSFRP/FRP floats which adjust its level on water automatically. Our surface aerators are available in wide range of hp rating. Our Fixed type Surface aerators are slow speed radial flow aerator device designed for large aerator basins. These aerators having large impeller diameter driven by reduction gear coupled with motor with an output speed between 30-60rpm. We have also developed unique diffused aeration system with a combination coarse and fine bubbles diffusers which ensure high level aeration. Our diffused aeration system have been designed with its flexibility in checking and replacement without disturbing system operation and it is adaptable and suit any tank configuration irrespective of its size, shape and depth. All our aerators ensure high volume oxygen transfer, uniform oxygen dispersion and high level agitation in any wastewater treatment. |

Oil Water Separator
Envirospec have an authentic solution for Oil Water Separation and devised treatment plant and equipment to separate any form of oils from the effluent coming from petrochemical industries, oil refineries, Oil & Gas Exploration Field, Vegetable Oil Plant, chemical plants, canteen and other industries discharges oils & grease. We have designed and supply Corrugated Plate Interceptor (CPI) of different capacity for efficiently removing free and floating oil/grease from the effluent.
Our combine system based on Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) and CPI Separator has been designed for efficiently removing all emulsified oil & grease and any other colloidal suspended solids from the effluent. We also have various Oil Skimmers for collecting all floating Oils & grease from the effluent tank. Our skimmer is easy to install and needs least maintenance.

We have already developed various treatment combination of Clarifier unit i.e. DAF, Tube Settler, Corrugated plate Oil Skimmer, Clarifier with Biological treatment unit i.e. SAFF Reactor, SBR in a single package for treating effluent generating from Oil Rigging Field, Kitchen Effluent.
We have designed Package Treatment Plant in such a compact form so that it can be easily mounting on available standard vehicle and can be easily moved from place to place. Our Package treatment Plant have different capacity ranges between 2.5-35m3/hr

Color Separation
Envirospec have devised cost effective treatment solutions particularly for separating colors from the effluent coming from Dyeing & Bleaching, Sugar, Distilleries and other food processing industries. Drinking Water Treatment
We have designed cost effective various solutions in drinking water treatments for small individual home to high rise building, School, Colleges, Institutions & Official establishment etc. Based on various combinations of Filters, RO, Softener, UV, Chlorination we configure our drinking water plants and select according to available water characteristics and end quality demand. Industrial Water Treatment
We provide right water treatment solutions for industrial applications. Based on the latest technology we design and manufacture industrial grade water treatment plant and equipment of wide ranges from Side Stream Filter, Softener, DM to RO modules which supports you for all the process water applications for Boiler feeding, Cooling water makeup etc. We also provide cost effective solutions in controlling any biological growth in cooling water recirculation pipeline, preventing corrosion and scaling in cooling tower, Boiler tubes or any other direct Process water application.
De-Mineralization Plant (DM)
We offer DM plant available in a wide range of capacity. We have various DM plant in modular construction. Our twine Bed DM Plant comprising strongly acidic Cation Exchanging Bed and Strongly basic Anion exchanging Bed filled in different sizes of MSRL/FRP vessel according to capacity rating. These modular plants have flexibility in design to select units to cater different types of water. We have also Degasser modules useful for the water containing significant amount of alkalinity. We also offer Mixed Bed System comprising both strongly acidic Cation Exchanging and Strongly basic Anion exchanging resin filled in a single vessel in a mixed form. This Mixed Bed System is usually applied for polishing the treated water at the outlet of Twine Bed DM plant. Mixed Bed can achieve the water quality whose conductivity less than 1microsemens/cm. |

Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO)
Envirospec have a series of Reverse Osmosis systems to purify brackish or saline water and reduce dissolved salts and other impurities in order to serve drinking water to customer. Our RO Plants are manufactured with most reliable membrane technology using world class component which meets the highest quality output. We have different ranges of RO system from standard domestic model to industrial plant. Our systems are widely applicable in hotels, bottled water and domestic and other industrial applications.
