Computer-aided construction programs support the making of dies. ISDN-data lines or e-mail transfer provide the possibility of direct data transmission to accelerate each order and to make the order processing more comfortable for the customer. In the CNC-sharpening department flexible dies are finished with highly sophisticated equipment. An exactly defined geometry and razor sharp cutting lines on every part of a flexible die as well as precise quality characterize the Electro Optic products.
Last but not least: The quality control department: All products are subjected to rigorous visual measurement and practical inspection checks which are certified to ISO 9001, guaranteeing the highest quality possible.
