Aeration Tank

We offer clients aeration tanks that find usage in the beginning of secondary treatment as effluents from primary treatment still contain 35%-40% BOD. Using biological treatment process, the activated sludge method, which is suspended culture system is applied. Further, these tanks also offer provision to add urea and/or di-ammonium phosphate in the aeration tank if needed.

Dry (SDR) Scrubber

We offer clients Dry (SDR) scrubbers that are highly effective in absorbing gaseous pollutants. Further, these are capable of achieving a very high percentage of SO2 removal.The Dry (SDR) Scrubber is also known as "Semi-Dry Removal type Scrubbers" and "Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD)"

• Use spray dryer and a bag house filter
• Dry scrubber accomplishes a very high efficiency in the removal of SO2, Mercury, HCl and other toxic components from spent gases
• Dry scrubber uses lime, activated carbon and other dry reagents to remove sulfur dioxide, dioxins, mercury, hydrogen chloride and fumes
