The Tungsten Inert Gas or TIG Welding Machines, which we offer is specially used for precision and radiographic jobs such as reactors, process equipment, filtration plants and pressure vessels. Our range of machines contains high frequency unit, gas regulator with flow meter, TIG welding torch and a power source (DC rectifier, inverter or high voltage transformer in AC TIG). For the shielding purpose, we use Argon gas as an inert gas. The positive terminal of power source is connected to the job via H.F. unit and the negative terminal is connected to the TIG torch. There is also a non-consumable Tungsten rode in the torch head and the arc is essentially generated between this rode and the job. The contact less arc starting takes place with the help of the H.F. Unit and in an AC TIG welding, we provide a D.C. Suppressor unit. Further, the solenoid valve helps in controlling the gas.

We offer MIG/MAG CO₂ Welding Machines that are mainly Metal Inert Gas or Metal Active Gas welding machines. CO₂ is used as an active gas, while Argon gas acts as an inert gas. Instead of MAG welding, gas pre-heater is used and P.M.D.C. motor is used at its best for feeding wire to the torch.
