We manufacture a wide range of indoor and outdoor oil cooled transformers which are made of superior quality raw material such as copper wire, cargo core, transformer oil and epoxy resin. We possess a well managed infrastructural set up, which is situated in Satpur Nasik about 175kms from Mumbai and easily accessible by Rail and Road. This helps us in convenient and safe transportation of raw material and manufactured products. The entire set up is spread in a vast area of 8000sq.mtrs. This set up comprises of a huge manufacturing unit, which is equipped with a considerable number of latest technology based machines. These highly efficient machines work at a rapid speed and are generating approximately 450units per month. We are also looking further to enhance it to 700 units per month. We manufacture our transformers based on Vacuum gravity process. Following are the machines which we have installed in our manufacturing unit:

• Core making machine

We have an efficient team of practiced individuals which consists of some of the highly qualified and experienced electrical engineers, technicians and science experts with us. These engineers are very well assisted by a full fledged group of skilled workers, who render their services to them with full devotion. We also have a good working staff of managers, administrative officers and warehousing experts, to support in maintaining the continuous working process in the manufacturing unit. All of the members of our unit are very well acquainted with the installed machineries, which help us to obtain mastership and accuracy in work.

Moreover the testing equipment which we use in our testing process, are calibrated from NABL accredited lab.
