Mr. B.V. Dhundale- He is a Diploma holder in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and trained at Crompton Greaves Ltd. (Nashik) in Manufacturing process of Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer to assist products & ancillary of CGL in 1987. He worked for 8 years in this field and Joined Shubdha Polymer product as a in-charge of Insulating manufacturing components including SMC, DMC, Epoxy Component. He has exposure to the Cutting Edge Technology of Automatic Pressure Gellation up to the component weight of 300 kgs. He joined us in the year 2006.

Mr. S.K.Shrivastav - He holds an academic qualification of B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Kanpur University. He is associated with Power Major’s like Crompton Greaves Ltd. (Nashik) for a period of 24 Years, in Products of Medium Voltage encompassing Entire Business Cycle. He had exposure as C.E.O. of M/s Power Deal Energy System (Nashik). In addition, he had exposure to fellow-ship of I.I.M. Ahmedabad for Business Leadership etc. Currently, he is having a Partnership Association in this Company M/s Epicast Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (Nashik).

Mr. A.P. Bedarker – He holds the prestigious Qualification of Electrical Engg. He had 12 year Long exposer in handling Electrical Project of various capacities in generation & distribution network of electricity boards in India and overseas projects of Generation of Errection & Commissioning of Electrical Utilities with Mitsubushi for Saudi Arabia project. He has successfully run unit manufacturing Distribution Transformer’s and allied Power Products, Component such as metric cubical CT’S, PT’S, Load break Switch, air Break switch. He has 10 years exposer of mid size business.

Mr. Lalit P. Palwe- He is a qualified engineer with B.E. (Mechanical) degree and has profound experience in the sphere of Machine Manufacturing such as Paint Mixer, Banko Computerized Machines and Dynomill for manufacturing of Stainer & Colours. He has also worked with Reliable Industries (Nashik), which is an ancillary to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(Nashik), Telco, Maindra Tractors, and General Motors etc. He has developed parts for 11kv. & 33kv. Circuit Breakers with CGL Ltd. (Ambad), Stelmec Pvt. Ltd. (Ahmedabad), Eysun ReyRolle ltd. Houser. (Chennai). He has also developed Isolators including 33kv, 66kv, 145kv, & 245kv. for various customers of C.G.L.
