PP lining is very low cost material and generally preferred in place of Rubber lining for solvent and Oxidants.
PVDF is a hard, tough and impermeable lining suitable for use with bromine, phosgene and other volatile toxic compounds. Its excellent resistance to abrasion makes it the lining of choice for abrasive & chemically aggressive slurries.
ECTFE is resistant to strong acids, organic solvents, chlorine and aqueous caustic. It is not stress cracked by any organic or alkaline fluids. It has extremely low penetration rate.
FEP / MFA / PFA / PTFE provides chemical resistance to virtually all commercially available chemical compound used in chemical process industry.

Thermoplastic pickling tanks are offered with specially designed lip type Hood for fume collection from the sides of the tank. This kind of hood is suitable for the batch pickling operation for continuous pickling operation. Hood can be offered in top mounted and of any suitable shape like semi arch type or canopy type.

PP pipes are manufactured as per DIN 8077/78. PP pipes, fittings and valves can be used for transport of aggressive media up to 80 – 90 ° C, hot and cold water supply and for suction and exhaust ducts.

HDPE pipes are IS 4984 / 1995. HDPE pipes, fittings and valves can be used for the transport of aggressive media up to 60° C, drainage system, for water treatment plants and for cooling water system.

Nutsche Filter

This is one of the simplest batch type filter. It’s a dish end type of tank with a filter plate fitted or bolted inside with flanges having a cloth as filter media. Filter plate is perforated to pass the filtrate.

The slurry fed into the filter vessel is separated into filtrate and the residue in the form of cake on the filter cloth which can be removed manually. The filter can be offered up to operating vacuum of 720 mm of Hg.

Disc Filter

The term Disc Filter is applied to the assemblies of Filter discs that
is made up of PP or PVDF andsealed into pressure case. Widely used for polishing of beverages, plating solution and other low
viscosity liquids containing small quantity ofsuspended matter. Disc filters are almost always operated as pressure filters. In the
design of sparkler filter, both sides of each plate are used as filtering surfaces having paper or other media clamped against
them. Pressure filter can be offered up to operating pressure of 6 kg/cm2. Disc filters can be offered into various sizes to suit the fluid flow and particle loading in the fluids. Disc filters will be offered with recirculation pump, and the total assembly is mounted on trolley to mobilize the filter in plant/factory.
