We have introduced latest automatic control EPS recycling plant (EPS shredding machine). We have supplied 148 such machines to big EPS processors in India and developing countries such as Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Eritrea, Kenya etc.

1. 7.5 HP motor for main crusher.
2. HT 18 gear box with 3 HP motor for semi crusher.
3. Gear box HT 06 with 1 HP motor for dust separator.
4. 2 HP vacuum blower for main vacuum material collection.
5. 2HP ID blower for dust collection bank.
6. 2 HP FD blower for material transfer.

The block moulding machine consists of a rectangular mould with perforated walls in the form of drilled holes or slots. The vacuum assisted machine which reduces steam consumption, cycle time and gives a dry product. These blocks are used for cutting sheets in required thickness, hand fabricated packaging and pipe sections of required dia and thickness. The automatic block making machine fitted with vacuum blower, reduces cooling time and remove moisture content, so the blocks can be used within 24 hours as against to 5 days of curing time, in the case of block made in semi-automatic moulding machine. The cycle time of fully-automatic block moulding machine is 15 to 20 minutes.

We have introduced latest fully automatic prefoaming machine with Fluidised Bed Dryer and sieve unit. We have till date supplied 143 such machines to big EPS processors in India and developing countries such as Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Botswana, Kenya, Eritrea etc.

We have supplied 254 similar machines to big EPS processors all over India as well as other developing countries such as Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Botswana and they have given repeat orders.

1. Machine structure designed using 180 mm x 180 mm x 8 mm hollow square section increase sturdiness and 70 mm dia ground and hard chrome plated Guide bar with Phosphor Bronze self lubricated guide bushes.
2. Fully automatic electric control panel with Festo Valves and L&T or Siemens material.
3. Fully automatic PLC based electronic control panel
4. Specially designed hydraulic power pack with two hydraulic cylinder to generate 22-28 tons of force for clamping of mould to avoid steam leakage and improve quality.

The first ever ‘’Mini-waste Thermocole& plastic recycling plant’’ was installed by Lodhavade village at Satara district of Maharashtra to execute the plastic waste in a proper way.
