Blockflex is a heavy-duty steel coupling, transmitting torque up to 27500 kg-m. The rubber elements are loaded in compression and are totally enclosed in the cavity of outer and inner cast steel members. Rubber blocks are available in different stiffness& polymer to match the application requirement.

The ESBI Plug-Flex is a highly flexible plug-in type coupling which creates a torsionally soft connection between I.C. Engine & driven machines.

The inside diameter of the rubber disc element is vulcanized directly to a taper hub or on a metal sleeve. The metal sleeve is bolted to a hub in pilot bored condition. On its outer diameter, the rubber disc is engaged into an internally toothed aluminum casing making a backlash free plug-in connection.

This Coupling can be employed on applications where two coaxially rotating machines have to be flexibly connected. The hubs are available in either F or H Type Taper Lock Bush (TLB) fitting or bored to size (B Type).

The ESBI Windflex Coupling is torsionally flexible with multi-directional flexibility to absorb misalignments. It is a lightweight and low moment of inertia coupling. It is simple, compact design and easy to install. The rubber element is made from natural or synthetic rubber, having different stiffness to suit various applications and critical speeds.
