Normally in lifts, inside the car there are indications UP or DN as well as floor position. But our lifts also speak. You can just enter the car, give the required call and just close your eyes and listen to music while lift moves and just before reaching the floor, the announcement of that floor will alert you to open your eyes and you will find landing on your floor. Easy to travel without watching any indications. Just stand still. Music is produced only when the lift is moving. Obviously, travel in lifts with floor Announciator technology is a sophisticated one.

Escon ARD System

Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) is modern advanced rescue system, for rescuing passengers trapped in an elevator. Manual rescuing of passengers trapped in an elevator takes considerable time, causing lot of anxiety to the passengers. Situation may also result in injuries to passengers if trained personnel do not do it. ARD will safely rescue the passengers to the nearest floor within minutes of power failure, bringing instant relief to the passengers. Therefore, ARD is valuable ADD ON unit to elevator.

This drive is an IGBT based PWM inverter, which avoids unwanted harmonics and results in a noise free operation. The drive also include a controller card, which monitors main voltage, car speed and current thereby generating accurate voltage and frequency required for proper operation of motor. This controller also protects the IGBT and other related components of the VFD.

ESCON Traffic control systems are based on advanced micro-controller system to incorporate field proven and reliable service under demanding traffic conditions. To satisfy vertical transportation requirements of different classes of buildings there are different control systems.

The system can be programmed for single speed, Two speed or variable frequency drive (VFD) with either manual door or auto door operation available for all types of applications.

Dot matrix display and seven segment displays are included for quick diagnosis of elevator functioning. This enables the easy debugging of controller.

The control systems are having following features.

Floors : Max. Floors up to 40 for collective / selective system

Speed : Speed range up to 3m/s.

Operations : The system is incorporated for duplex, triplex, quadruples and group operations up to 8 elevators.

Serial Communication : It allows easy installation, maintenance and cost reduction.

Modem Facility : The modem and network facility allows us to remotely observe the condition of the controller periodically which will reduce the servicing time.

ESCON V3F DRIVE SYSTEM

ESCON V3F variable voltage variable frequency drive system is most ideal for elevator motion control.

Dot matrix display are used for numeric indication of particular floor position in hand-writing format of digit.

It can also be used for rolling message display from right side toward's left side along with Scrolling Arrow indication for Upward & Downward direction. Dot matrix display KLP 70571 Which consists of 5X7 matrix with common cathode polarity high intensity Red having a size of 1.3" and dot size 2mm dia. Matrix dot can be glown using array combination with common Anode/Common Cathode.

The door detector projects a curtain of 170 cross and direct beams to detect person or an object in the path of the closing door, reverse open, restart door closing operation after usual holding of door open time.

This system automatically scans lift floor number and direction of lift movement. This card can be interfaced with Computer to have indication of floor number and moving condition of lift to be displayed on computer. This is a serial communication done with main controller and lift.

Liquid crystal display are used for displaying scrolling and stand still arrow along with floor number. LCD display consists of blue screen, transmissive, negative, normal yype which light up 240*128 backlight white dots having Drive Type 1 / 128 duty, 1 / 12 bias that gives optimum viewing angle with the naked eye.
