Eskay-Industries is a well known manufacturer and supplier of industrial heat exhchangers like shell heat exchangers, duplex heat exchangers, tube heat exchangers, stainless steel heat exchangers and finned tube heat exchangers. Shell And Tube Heat Exchangers
Shell And Tube Heat Exchangers

  • Rugged construction, high design flexibility, economical and faster delivery.
  • Most suited for applications such as oil cooling, inter/after cooling, water to water cooling and gas to gas cooling.
  • Units can withstand pressures up to 200 bar (3,000 PSI) and temperatures up to 800°C.
  • Available in fixed tube sheet, floating head (removable bundle) and U-tube designs.
  • Designed as per TEMA, ASME Section VIII Division 1, or recommended good engineering practice.
  • Standard units are available for capacities ranging from 500 kcal/hr.to 60,000 kcal/hr.
  • Tube material can be of copper, admiralty brass, stainless steel (seamless & welded), carbon steel, cupro-nickel or aluminium.
  • Other parts are of carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, brass and naval brass.
  • Designs especially suited for special applications such as heavily fouling, highly viscous and corrosive fluids.

Duplex Heat Exchangers
Duplex Heat Exchangers

  • Two identical shell and tube heat exchangers mounted on a common framework, one acting as a standby while the other is in operation.
  • Employed with continuously operating units such as turbines,processing units and power generation units.
  • When the performance of operating unit deteriorates due to fouling or it has some maintenance problem, this unit is taken out of service after switching over to standby unit.
  • The unit can be supplied with change over valve and isolation valves,complete with piping.

Gland Vent Condensers and Surface Condensers

  • Suited for condensation of gland vent steam and main steam after expansion in turbines.
  • Gland vent condenser is provided with centrifugal blowers to force the air out after steam is condensed.
  • Surface condensers from 1 ton to 40 ton capacity are custom-built with features such as connection for rupture disc, recalculation nozzles, hot well & its connections, connections for instrumentation including level gauges, flash pipe with relevant connections and stand pipes with required connections.

Water Coolers for Diesel Engines

  • These are shell and tube heat exchangers employed for engine jacket water cooling and charge air/charge air coolant (water) cooling by cooling tower water in diesel engines and related systems.
  • The engine jackets water cooler and charge air/water cooler are mounted on a common framework with nozzle orientations made suitable for engine nozzle positions.
  • Independent tanks at suitable height are provided for each cooler for buffer storage and vent connections.
  • If charge air is to be cooled directly in the heat exchanger, the parts in contact with charge air can be offered in stainless steel.

  • Provided with axial flow fan and motor of requisite capacity and supplied as a completely packaged unit.
  • Standard sizes available from capacities ranging from 500 kcal/hr to 10,000 kcal/hr.
  • Higher sizes and custom built units can be offered as per customer's requirements.

  • Available for working pressures up to 15 bar and working temperatures up to 150° C.
