We manufacture a wide range of CVD and Mono Crystalline (CVDite). These have been specially designed and developed for all kinds of cutting tool and wear part applications. The range is available in a number of customer desired specifications and is offered in two grades that are created to complement the existing PCD and Single Crystal Mono diamond ranges.
CVDite Application
These have been manufactured using premium quality material that boast of good fracture strength and toughness. It has been specially engineered to suit various types of mechanical applications such as the machining of highly abrasive non-ferrous material, plastics, wood-based materials and wear-part applications. These do not contain any kind of metallic binder phase or catalyst that ensures extremely high thermal stability.
CVDite Reliability
CVDite is known for its superior thermal conductivity and excellent thermal oxidation resistance, which make it ideal for high-speed as well as dry machining of highly abrasive composites.
Application of Monocrystaline Monodress Products
Monocrystaline Monodress Products are appropriate to be used for Single Point, Multipoint, Blade Type, Rotary, Roller Dressing Tools and many more. Owing to its unique properties and characteristics, the material shows four to ten times higher functional life than CVDRESS and Natural Diamond.
