We offer superior quality Resin Bonded Wheels for our customers. These have been manufactured with a mixture of measured amounts of Phenolic or Polymid resin and filling agent. The Polymid resin is widely used for increasing the wear resistance of the grinding wheels and the Phenolic resin is useful for medium finish or finish grinding of Diamond /CBN grinding wheels. These wheels can be designed for both wet and dry grinding modes that have superior free cutting qualities.

We provide high quality Vitrified Bond Wheels for our customers, which are based on the vitrified bond process that is also known as ceramic bond. These are highly appreciated and known for their excellent bonding strength, which is much higher than resin bonds. These wheels are marketed by many characteristics and advantages such as free cutting, produce good surface roughness, high wear resistance and retain straightness. Further, the porosity or the open structure of vitrified grinding wheels can be efficiently controlled for providing chip pocket, allowing coolant in and preventing wheel loading. These are equipped with a roller diamond dresser, which makes them suitable to be widely used in the automobile parts industry as well as bore processing of bearings.
