The Blade Type Diamond Dressers offered by as are essentially heavy-duty center less grinders that are highly demanded by our customers for their superior quality and productivity. Some the key advantageous characteristics of the dressers are: - Uniform dressing over the full length of wheel
- Proper abrasive glaze-free surface on the wheel
- Wheel edges free of broken edges
Unlike others, these have the distinction of providing the above mentioned features yet maintain a reasonable price. Brief Description The dresser has three dressing blades, which like any other blade dressers, are set in a bronze shank in the form of a sandwich. For ensuring proper follow up action during dressing, these blades are set with gaps, where the middle blade serves as the main load carrying member. The other two blades act as a leading and lagging cutting point to ensure a glaze free dressings.
Cost Comparison / Economy The dressers are highly cost effective as they provide three to four times life-span than normal blade dressers while making no compromises on functionality. This causes net cost saving of around 40% on tooling cost.
Applications: Some of the most common applications of these dressers are: - Centreless grinding (plain)
- Cylindrical grinding with wheels (500 mm, and above in dia.)
- Surface grinding (TOS, BLOHM and Other heavy duty large machines.)
Hardness Indentor These dressers have been designed and manufactured as per Rockwell and Vickers system; and ensure superior performance and results. Further, these have been made with error free, exactly formed natural diamonds that are sintered into the holder. The Hardness Indentors are used in manual as well as automatic hardness testing equipment that have been tested to ensure consistent reading to hardness of metals. |

We provide a wide range of IImpregnated Diamond Grit Dressers that are based on multi-point dressers but unlike these, the Diamond Grit Dressers are manufactured from crushed diamond grit rather than a larger number of small natural diamonds. These are highly appreciated and known for their outstanding sharpness due to the sharp edges and points of the broken diamond grit. The bond and diamond grit size used in the dressers are available in varied specifications that are suitable to the specific type of grinding wheels to be dressed. The size of the diamond grit particles is carefully matched to the grit size of the grinding wheel.
Applications These dressers are perfect to be used in a large number of applications, such as: - Dressing resin
- Vitreous and rubber bond
- Fine grit or grit free" grinding wheels
- Boron carbide grinding wheels
- Dressing single profile threaded and v-profile grinding wheels
- General dressing operations on centre less, cylindrical and surface grinding machines
Cost Comparison / Economy The Diamond Grit Impregnated Dressers are highly economical as these involve low initial cost and provide longer functional life as they are resistance to shock and impact which prevents shattering. These are also instrumental in providing reduced dressing times as higher feed rates can be used. Further, these are able to provide unlimited number of sharp pull-out-free cutting edges contained in the crushed diamond grit.

We provide various Multipoint Indexable Crown Type Diamond Dressers that are Multipoint Diamond Dressers, where the 'sharp natural diamonds are set in a circular rating plane'. The shanks for the crown are made to customer's specifications, when the diamonds on the indexed position are completely adjusted on the shank for new points.
Applications: Some of the few key applications of these dressers are: - All types of large wheels where fine truing is considered important
- Specially recommended for cylindrical grinders
Advantages The various advantages of these dressers over others are: - The diamonds can be completely used up and resetting is redundant
- Since two or more diamonds come in contact with the wheel the work load on the diamonds is divided and the diamonds last longer
- A large area of the wheel is dressed more efficiently in a relatively shorter time than a single point
- As several points are in use simultaneously the feed may be safely increased
- Finer finish is obtained on the wheel due to the crystal shape of the diamonds employed
- Can be used for side dressing
Available Sizes We offer these dressers in a large number of sizes to meet the exact needs and requirements of the customers. The various sizes available with us are: - EM-24 with 24 diamonds for wheel size up to 600 mm diameter wheel.
- EM-36 with 36 diamonds for wheel size above 600 mm diameter wheel.

We are engaged in offering our customers with a range of Cluster Diamond Tools Type Dressers. These diamond dressers are made using a number of small natural rough diamonds of good crystal character, which are set in a unique geometric pattern in single layer and sintered into a special wear resistant bond. The cluster type diamond dresser is most suitable for coarse or rough dressing of grinding wheels of sizes up to 80 grit. It allows the diamonds to be fully utilized without any need for re-setting or re-sharpening. As the finer and smaller cuts produce higher surface finishes, it is advised to use normal wheel speeds.
Cost Comparison / Economy The dressing costs are substantially reduces in these kinds of dressers as the diamonds used in these are much smaller in size than single point diamond dresser, which are much cheaper. Further, they provide rapid dressing without scoring and result in consistent even surface on the grinding wheel. Owing to their shock and impact resistance properties, these are known to last long. Proper coolant should be used in the dresser before and during the dressing operation, for ensuring prolonged tool life. Specifications: It is recommended to ensure that the dressing face of the cluster type diamond dresser is set at an angle of 90° to the grinding wheel for ensuring that the diamond points are in contact at the same time. The various specifications of these dressers are as follows: - Depth of cut per stroke of the dresser: 0.01-0.05 mm max.
- Feed rate- in mm per revolution: 0.3-1.5 mm max.
