Product Quality Management: Technically trained staff, regular visits to supplier''s plants, continues guidance on quality to suppliers.
Specification: Inform customers for any potential change in product specification/process from supplier. Goods would not be shipped without the approval of the customers on given change.
Samples: Production quality samples only, with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs).
Packaging & Deliveries: Meet customers requirement for packaging and labeling on the material, also all the required certificates will be given prior to placing the order and will accompany with the shipment.
