Gears, Coupling, Shafts are made from special alloy steel.
Blades are made from special alloy steel to withstand shocks of cutting heavy bars.
Case of the machine is properly stress relleved.
Flywheel of the machine is dynamically balanced.
No external lubrication is required for the bearings.
Direction of rotation of motor is controlled in starter. Motor rotates in the desired direction only. This prevents damages to inner parts.
Hardened plate for support of both the blades, at the entry of bars and for resting of bars while cutting.
