Spare Parts:

We have deployed a 1200 sft. of dedicated ware house at Hyderabad. 100 sft. space at all the Regional Offices with critical Spare parts used for regular and periodical maintenance.

• Tested and trained team: Our service team  is all  well trained and is tested from time to  time through external  examination system

In order to provide 100% runtime we also provide inhouse trained maintanence engineering to takecare of daily, weekly and monthly maintanence.

• We recommend  a  list of emergency spares with every equipment to our customer.

Syllabus:(Theory and practical)(22 days)

The operator learns the following equipments operations.

1. Passenger & Material Hoist (PM Hoist) (8 days)

      • Introduction of all parts in PM hoist.
      • Technical Performance.
      • Assembling of all parts.
      • Details of motors, switches and power supply.
      • Checking of oil, grease and lubricating to all parts.
      • Use and work ranges.
      • Operation procedure.

2. Suspended Rope Platform (6 Days)
            • Introduction of all parts in Suspended Rope Platform.
      • Assembling of all parts.
      • Details of main switches and power supply.
      • Use work ranges and maintenance.
      • Electrical charts inb detail.

3. Tower Hoist (5 Days)
      • Introduction of Tower Hoist.
      • Details of Wire Rope.
      • Trolley speed.
      • Inspection and Operation procedures.
      • Technical Performance.

4. Revision (3 Days)

5. Test-1 Hour.
