The team in Essar Engineers are well technical qualified having engineering background. We are ready to take up our type of challenging jobs. We manufacture machined components, engineering components, precision components, etc. All the products are quality tested on different parameters to ensure their trouble free performance and long service life. Jayaprakash Rai, A.Radhakrishna mayya who has tremendous experience in the industry.

We are the manufacturer of machined components, engineering components, high precision components to the large scale industries as per their requirements. We do the processes like CNC Turning, milling, drilling and tapping, etc. And the additional facilities like heat treatment, forging, casting are done locally from the quality suppliers. We use the materials like En8, C45, Aluminum, forging, casting, etc, as per the companies requirements.

To ensure the highest quality standards of our products, we conduct stringent tests at regular intervals on each lot and on the products, before their dispatch. As we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, so all the tests are conducted on its basis. We even test the quality of raw materials as soon as we receive its stock. Tests such as chemical tests are done on these materials.
 
The products go through in-process inspection to ensure their impeccable quality. Chemical test, tensile test and other tests are done on the products, by our quality inspectors.

We possess a capacious warehouse to store the products in bulk. It has the capacity of 4000 units, which enables us to fulfill the large orders speedily and effectively. The warehouse is designed in such manner that every product is safely and securely placed in a separate section. This eases the retrieval process substantially. Rack and Bin System is employed to store the products.

It is fully supported by the packaging facility, which makes sure that products are packaged effectively so that they are transported in its original conditions to the clients. To further ensure it, plastic bin packaging is done on the products. As per customer’s choice, we can do individual as well as bulk packaging.

We are working hard with our vision to fulfill our future plans of increasing manpower, upgrading Turning Centre with machining centers to provide better quality at least prices and venturing into export.

Essar Engineers is a partnership company having 2 partners. Both the partners are technically qualified. It is situated in Peenya, Bangalore, Karnataka India. Factory is having a floor area of about 8000 sq ft. We have adhered to the norms of government in the construction and functioning of the factory.

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure enables us to acquire the production capacity of 50000 units per month. The infrastructure comprises of a well-equipped manufacturing plant. Production plant is spread over an area of 8000 square feet, along with 11 numbers of CNC machines. Other machines installed in the manufacturing plant include:

The heat treatment, forging and rough turning of our products is outsourced. The entire production plant is supported It ensures that all the products possess latest designs along with developing customer specific designs.
