Production Range


We also have a systematic and step wise production process that helps us in exercising more control. A detailed description of our special production process is given below and would also reveal to you the amount of care that is taken at every stage by us to serve you in the best possible manner.

Non - Ferrous Castings:
  • Centrifugal casting of Phosphor Bronze rings upto Ø
  • Gravity die casting of Aluminum


Forgings:
  • Open forgings of blanks up to 500 Kg. single piece.
Heat Treatment
  • Gas carburizing with pit type furnace 4 Nos. (Diameter / Depth in mm; 600/1000; 900/1300; 1000/1300; 1705/1600) (Make - Unitherm, Wester work -Degussa)
  • 3 Nos. Tempering Furnaces
  • 2 Nos. Quenching Tanks 10,000 lit. & 30,000 lit.
  • 1 No. Shot blasting & shot penning machine with 72 inch rotary table & double door (Make – INDABRATOR)
  • Total gas carburizing system is controlled by computer
  • Electrically operated salt baths (4 Nos.) for hardening HSS - M35, TST30 (ASP30) material used in our cutter manufacturing.
  • SECO / WARWICK 15 vacuum carburizing furnace with convection heating & 15 Bar Gas Quenching System
  • Subzero treatment with COMETAIRE model machine size 600W x 450D x 450H - max. wt. 75 kg.
Fabrication:
  • Steel fabrication up to 20 Tons, single piece
  • CNC Gas cutting machine (Make - Lakshmi Zinser 6000 mm x 2000 mm)

Mig & Arc Welding Machines:
  • Total 22 Nos. (Make - L & T Zuper arc - 400, Essab, Arcos, Advani – Oerlikon)
  • Facility to weld Cast-iron or Steel with Phosphor-bronze material with rotary table at controlled speed for worm wheel. 4 Nos.
